We are just nowhere near as good as we thought we were prior to these group games. Congratulating ourselves on a good half against real Madrid to get beat 3 nil is a riddy too. * this

 

This team need to stay together and be built upon for another 2 or 3 Yr to reach cl level , it's way to early , and if we get there again nxt Yr and have not shown progress then ,tactics are not working at our level .

This showing was much much better regardless of the score. Sucked up some serious pressure early on then found our feet. Some superb opportunities missed tonight like in each of our games so far.

Plenty to take heart from, all we can ask now is some more progression each game until we’re done then back at it next season with hopefully some renewed optimism.

It was always going to be a monumental ask to compete and get results. Results haven’t arrived, we competed well in spells - onwards!

Are we ever going to learn how to play in Europe? Every team we play against always score against us, we must be the easiest team to score against bcoz we haven't a * clue how to stay compact. It's just the same every * year.
