I don't understand why a MF of Abildgaard, Hatate and O'Riley couldn't have started with Haksabanovic and Abada out wide, Kyogo up top

 

Signed yet another defensive midfielder to sit on the bench beside the others. That's 4 in total he's signed and had * intention of playing any of them from the start

 

Whatever hope we had has just gone with that team, GG should be starting, no Jota is a massive loss, Ange been trying to hide it since he took him off at the weekend. Maeda, O'Riley, Kyogo all off form, Abada can't hit the target. Going to be a long night. COYBIG, prove us wrong !!

Rather big Jackie Start and Kyogo on the wing and Maeda on the bench

Can't believe I'm being so critical of an Ange team selection. Normally the worst I'd say is "not what I would have picked but no real arguments from me"

But looking at that line up I'm thinking "why the * is Gordon Strachan picking the starting 11"
