    Forrest has done more recently to warrant a start than Maeda and O'Riley did not look comfortable in the Calmac role against St Johnstone. Would it really have been so bad to start Mooy or even McCarthy there?

    Maeda should be nowhere near the team.

    Kyogo was signed as a left winger, he said so himself so surely its worth looking at it again if it gets Giakoumakis in the team.
    We all know maeda is gonna bring * all to the team except running about like a coked up headless chicken

    So is hacsabanovic playing a number 10 in a 4-2-3-1?

    Don't get why a holding midfielder is out and he's put another winger on, when we have mooy, Turnbull and abilgaard. Not that they have been steller lately.

    Not that I disagree. Maeda has moments...but his finishing is utter *. Defensively he brings more than kyogo.
    Kyogo is an out in out striker and ange brought him in to be so.

    I would LOVE to be wrong but I just can’t see that midfield offering any sort of defence tonight.

    I think the plan is to rattle them early and get to the second half.

    Happy with the line up, whether it is going to be able to cope with Leipzig's midfield is another matter. 2 key players are obv Kyogo and O'Riley. We need to take chances this time.

    Looks like Hatate is in the 6 if the formation on BBC is correct.

    This Kyogo on the wing chat also needs binned btw. Tried it a few times, didn't work.

    Look at kyogos 1st interview. Ange told him he was a winger. Yes I fully agree he's far better as a striker and he's clearly changed managers opinion but given how big an impact Giakoumakis has had on some of our best performances in the last year I felt it would have been worth a go 2nyt especially given how awful Maeda has been all season
