Really is mental how much you hate Celtic and Celtic fans.

What are you still doing on this forum?

    Example right here.

I hate Celtic because I don’t rate Taylor as highly as others :56:

He hasn’t been a weak link for quite a long time.

He clearly has, hence why we sit with a solitary point in Europe - with every opposing manager thus far having specifically targeted him to great success (as shown in the results).

Aye, because Taylor is solely responsible for our results. :56:

Nah it’s because every thread you post in you slate the fans/players/team. It’s weird behaviour.

Taylor has been fantastic this calendar year. Pretty obvious to anyone who watches us.

    Incredible.

Their first goal midweek came from a poor McGregor touch and then down our right hand side.

Second was from Hart passing it to their player.

    But aye, Taylor’s fault.

He’s been OK. The praise is over the top.

European teams have been shown to specifically target him - that will be based on oodles of footage and stats; not on a whim.

He’s been specifically targeted in all of the games. That’s been the tactics - target Taylor.

I’m not saying he’s solely responsible, but it’s clear he’s seen as a weak link by those far more qualified than you or I.

You said he’s been targeted to great success and that’s why we have one point from three games, which isn’t true.

None of the three teams we played scored from “targeting Taylor”, despite your random appeal to authority in an attempt to back up your claim.

They targeted Taylor and won the games. That means the tactics were a success.

His positional play is not good enough at this level - he constantly allows space down the left - which in turns creates future danger elsewhere.

He’s been our most consistent player this season. Really came on last 10 months or so. Doesn’t offer that much attacking wise though. JJ and Ralston seem to hit the byline a lot more. That’s maybe because the left is more settled and it’s easier to just give it to Jota though.

    Lol, no.
We play a system that opens up space down the channels, hence why every single team we play in any competition attempts to attack there. It would be the same whether it’s Greg Taylor or Giacinto Facchetti as our left back. Taylor’s performances in Europe so far have been consistently good.

Think the lad is going to step up and be a leader for us in Callums abscence. We already know he is pretty much his deputy in the dressing room, time to see it on the pitch too.

I like big Joe Hart but don't think his self deprecating outlook is what the team needs in a leader. We need to believe we belong at the top and in the UCL.

    So it’s Postecoglou’s fault now.

As I said, the praise and defence of Taylor is bizarre. In fact, it’s bordering on creepy/weird.

The way we play can leave us exposed, it’s been obvious since Ange came in as manager. The results so far don’t fall down to any one individual though.

Celtic fans praising a player who has been a standout this season is anything but weird.

Taylor has been one of our most consistent players this season, even in the games we've not won he hasn't stood out as an obvious poor performer or made any massive howlers, this is just strange.

That's beyond thick. You can't seriously believe that makes sense?

They beat us because they're a better team - not because they targeted Taylor and had joy from it.

He’s playing out his skin, but lacks the speed and physicality at the higher level. Doing the best with what he has. And RB did target Taylor, their 6ft full back had the ball played up to him many times.
