I'd prob just accept the ban, he'll miss St Johnstone. We should have enough cover. Would prefer he was back for Hibs if it's just one game, rather than the possibility of it being extended.

No real complaints. We messed up and he made the right call.

 

Took off the armband to give to Hart and slapped Reo with it. Wasnt hard hit or anything but was a kind of lighthearted show of his frustration with him.

No he didn't. He is clutching the band in his left hand while walking toward Hart and gesticulating with his empty right hand. I imagine the words he was using would have turned the air bluer than Reo's gum shield but he certainly wasn't slapping him lighthearted or otherwise.

 

Gutted for him but he took one for the team and 3 points.

McStay was another level let's be honest.

 

I think people need to take the nostalgia blinkers off when it comes to McStay. McGregor has already matched McStay's club career goal tally in about 250 games fewer.

 

Mcstay got 58 league goals and 16 goals in other cup , tournament s, mcgregor has 36 league goals and 8 in other cups, he’s still about 30 goals behind mcstay, it’s not nostalgia, if anything a look back on a lot of mcstay s era as really pish time , it wasn’t a great Celtic team, the Huns dominated, but as a fan, individually a thought mcstay was an all round better player than mcgregor

For me having seen both this shouldnt even be a conversation.

Mcgregor v Lambert would be a more accurate debate

 

They're both on 72 goals overall in their club career. The one thing I'd give McStay over McGregor is a better long shot, other than that McGregor is better in every department.
