    Just seen the funerals on never knew she was dead I'd have thought it would've been mentioned somewhere

    Instead of adverts on Discovery earlier, it was Adagio for Strings with a black background. Absolutely comical.

    This is going to be a long long day after a week of long days. Really feels like this mourning malarkey is being forced down our throats big time. Thank * us pesky Fenians have our own free will and our own freedom of thought to see right through the whole masquerade.

    Another two minutes silence to add to the hours she's already had enforced on the rest of us.

    Because the rest wasn't enough.

    Faux mourning, pretend rage as football fans tell them to * off with this *, all to then keep doing more minute silences.

    Stay silent, it's what they want.

    * the lot of them.

    Once she’s planted…..

    Is that the end of it?

    Is it safe to put the news on and assume there’s a world going on out there outside of this pantomime?

    I'm actually really worried about how my son will be taught about the Queen in school. She'll be treated as a modern day hero and I think they will install her in the curriculum very quickly. They start young in England with the indoctrination. I still remember being taught about the English civil War and how the Royals were the "good guys" and the evil parliament took over but the royals won back what was rightfully theirs.

    Dont worry. He will mostly listen to what you teach him when it comes to stuff like that. They have tried to feed my son propaganda for many years, but he sees right through it.

    It is extremely important in these times that people raise their kids to make their own judgement on political issues. My english is not good enough to explain it deeper.

    Find it quite impious to bring a weapon to a funeral.

    I get what you are saying, I also don't want to force my views on him as that wouldn't be fair either.
