Our 100mph approach is great for the SPFL but against quality opposition, it's easy to read and easy to score against; however, once Mooy and co came on, we slowed it down and played quite well.

At the end of the day, we're up against the very best, so it'll take time to adjust to a massive up step. But yeah, we should have won that.

Still, according to this, we made some dosh.

Starting to think Giakoumakis should start and kypgo should be given last 20, think if roles were reversed he would of buried some of those chances at the end.

Aye we should have won that for sure. The important thing is that we atleast match Leipzig and hopefully get the aggregate over them. Can't see Shakhtar taking anything from Madrid, who hopefully win tonight. I can see it being 4pt, 4pt, 3pt after Match day 4 and if thats the case, I think a win over Shakhtar will give us a fighting chance and atleast 3rd.

Had enough chances to win, even though we played bad. Don't know what went on in the heads of pur players. Playing slowly and hoofing the ball up the park has worked as many times? Thought they were smarter. Also they didn't offer passes to the the player on the ball. Everyone ran away from him. Can't find a pass if no one offers somthing.

They were there for the taking and points against Leipzig are not guaranteed. Could cost us dearly this unmotivated performance today.

Hate those weeks off. Too much time to think for these footballers. And maybe too much time to train because we looked tired... ffs we laughed about Rodgers saying his players were tired at the beginning of the season but we also seem not able to profit from extra days off. Like before the Cup semifinal.

Should have won that, but I don't feel disheartened. Still have to play this lot at home. Can't argue with the chances we created, just need to start taking them. We also restricted a dangerous counter attacking side to relatively little.

I feel like the 90 minute performance was more coherent this time, but apart from not being clinical enough, our biggest challenge at the moment seems to be controlling the game during moments where we've taken the lead or conceded a goal. There's no reason why they should have gotten so on top after we scored in the first half and certainly not for as long as they did. It's a mental thing and it plagued us last season in Europe, like when we scored 2 against Betis away and then retreated into ourselves.

Should of won it but just never took the chances, we’ll beat them at home no sweat. Not often we’ve been disappointed not to win away in the CL, we can definitely get at Leipzig if Shaktar tore them apart on the counter.

We’re by no means out of the running for last 16 yet, plenty games to be played just hope Madrid do the job on Leipzig.

 

Don’t think anyone celebrating, no doubt about it we were wasteful in front of goal, should have won but how many times you seen us losing all 3 points after a team equalises
