Felt he made more of an impact than the other second half subs. His energy and direct play made me think we had a chance of knocking one back.

Would like to see more of him.

Wouldn’t mind seeing him in the middle too, just in behind the striker.

Liked the cut of his jib when he came on, seems a livewire and think he will be a fantastic impact player to come off the bench until he is up to full speed.

Looked good when he come on, no keen on the wee dive when he went down in the box, that's a football thing as a whole for me though no matter what team.

Someone on the CL thread stated they thought he was moved to CAM at Rubin due to the form of Kvaratskhelia who moved to Napoli. If that's the case, it makes this an even more exciting and astute signing. Kvaratskhelia looked fantastic.

That might have been me I think. It's only a guess though. Kvaratskhelia looked like he was 1st choice for that position and a lot of their attacks came through him. The games I watched where Haksabanovic played there seemed to be when Kvaratskhelia wasn't in the squad.

It's not a slight on Haksabanovic though. He's also good at centre mid and im guessing Rubin wanted to find a way to fit both players in. That's an encouraging sign.

Really excited to see what he can do for 90 minutes.

Happy to let Jota take a small rest against Livi and give this guy a run

I’d like to see him as no.8 against Livi, the pace with him, Abda and Jota with Kyogo or GG up top would be unreal.

Looks like he’s always wanting to take a man on and got a good strike on him.

Celtic forward Sead Haksabanovic is at the centre of a battle between former sides Rubin Kazan and IFK Norrkoping over an unpaid transfer case set to be taken to FIFA.

The 23-year-old completed his transfer to the Scottish Premiership champions on deadline day after the Russian side reluctantly allowed their star man to become Ange Postecoglou 's eight summer signing – just 12 months after signing him for £5.5million from the Swedish minnows. The Montenegro international reportedly moved for a fee in the region of £2.6million, which has been flagged by Norrkoping chairman Sakarias Mardh.

Mardh has told Swedish outlet NT Sport that the Rubin have yet to pay £3.2million of the transfer fee to the club following Haksabanovic's move to the Russian Premier League last summer. The club chief states that the Allskenskan side are set to pursue legal action to recoup their transfer fee, while confessing he was perplexed how a sale to Celtic could be rubber stamped amid the outstanding monies.

Mardh said: "We are working on it (recouping the transfer fee) with our lawyers. It is generally difficult with business contacts with Russia right now.

"Everything takes a long time. This is something completely new. It is nothing that anyone has experienced before, everything is untested.

Something that's took me by surprise with Haksabanovic is he actually looks stronger than I thought. Brushed the wee Ross County guy off him on the wing like he wasn't even there and he flattened Camavinga.

Would probably have seen a decent spell of him by now had it not been for us all having to mourn..

    .. frustrating all round.
