If fans are gonna wet their knickers every time a manager gets sacked, it's gonna be a roller coaster of emotions each week lol

Postecoglou doesn't come across as the type to jump ship. He understands what size of club Celtic are and after watching his interview last night he will be even more determined to make Celtic a team not just hard to beat but to win constantly at that level. He's a born winner who's only just started making us a really decent side who I genuinely believe is thankful for the opportunity Celtic have given him.

True that, although I think we're in a stronger position now with a progressive CEO and Bankier about to retire.

    He's building something iconic here.

He will leave with a bigger legacy than any previous Celtic manager including MON.

You could see the big man was hurting in that post match press conference. I think he saw that as a missed opportunity to get something of the Euro champs. We now need Madrid to win their next 4 games before playing us again.

I think the Shakhtar game will give us an indication of where we are. Just watched their highlights and they look quick in transition but Leipzig looked all over the place, and the first two goals are a howler and massive deflection.

It will be interesting if we play like last night if that’s good enough to get a positive result. A win in that one puts us in a cracking position to make a real go at getting out this group.

I am wary of Leipzig changing manager to Marco Rose and expect we will face a far better team than what was on show last night.

I get the feeling there'll be some minor tweaks vs. Shakhtar, but nothing minor. 50 good minutes out of 90 is close to where Ange wants us to be.

There is a zero per cent chance that Chelsea will go for Ange. Brighton's more realistic but I don't see him bailing on us midway through the CL. He has more to achieve here and it's still the honeymoon period for him.

Brighton fans seem to want Knutsen or Ange.

I don’t think he’ll go anywhere this season but honestly I’d be throwing money at him to make sure he feels committed to the next 4 years or so.

Give him a ridiculous contract. He will earn it back for us with automatic champions league qualifications.

Obviously money helps but don't really think that's Anges main motivation.

A bit like Larsson if Celtic can help him achieve and enjoy football at the right level with the right support I think he'll stay longer than if we doubled or quadrupled the money.

And at least gets us a pretty penny when the sad time does eventually come and he moves on.

No worried in the slightest or if the rumours even credible..

Doesn't have a history of snakeyness and hasn't given that impression off once here..

He's nothing like the rat. He'll be here for a while yet..

He will jump ship, he did it at Brisbane, Melbourne and Australia, but I always felt like they were the right reasons. Brighton isn't the kind of club he's going to leave celtic for. He's not an idiot and money will never be a deciding factor.

No chance he goes to Brighton. He knows that Palace are my other team, and wouldn't do that to me. :55:

Also, he's not trading the opportunity to build Celtic into a Champion's League mainstay for Brighton FFS.

Brisbane and melbourne i do not know but did he not leave at the right time with Australia? Good showing in the 2014 world cup, Asia Cup win, then left after getting them to the 2018 world cup.
