Look at the Madrid players' celebrations. They knew they were in a game tonight

Our * didn't collapse, not at all. I'm not sure how you can say it did.

The players still stuck to the plan, were brave on the ball, played the attacking passes, tried to go at and attack the best team in the world right now.

I'd say it was actually the opposite of * collapsing tbh, but hey ho. To each and their own.

Real madrid could beat any team. 3-0 ,there's nothing to be too despondent about. There no surprise greg Taylor was terrible at all 3 goals

Ancelotti is probably the best manager in the world right now.

Jota, Abada, and O'Riley barely kicked a ball tonight.

    There's no coincidence there.

Really good effort, terrific first half, but you don't take your chances at this level and the great teams will punish you.

My biggest disapointment tonight, is that Shved didn't realy get a chance with us.
I wouldn't swap him for any of our current players.
But managed better, he could have done a job at the time.

    Yep. Our arses didn't collapse..

We put that much in to the first 45 and we tired/their quality shone through..

Do people forget where we've come from. Aye we didn't wanna lose 3 nil in the end but we were unreal first half and were unlucky no to be ahead..

We then get another great chance second half, don't take it and they completely dominate with one of the best centre mids I've seen against us....and he's 37..

We're going one way. Got loads of confidence that we can collect point's against the other's in this group..

Yeah and we could also have got Berget back too...

The wee * wouldn't have even made our squad with what we have.

Don't mourn for what could have beens, embrace what we have.

I think some people just need a bit of a reality check. They can turn it on and do that against almost anyone - there’s maybe half a dozen sides in the world where you would consider a 3-0 loss to Madrid as a freak or unusually bad result.

Our fans are an odd bunch at times I swear. Old bloke in the pub spent the entire time telling everyone how shot we were, and how daft everyone was to believe we ever had a chance. Weird way to enjoy the game and what this club is all about, but it shows how outrageous the expectations can be from the support.

If we play as well as we did in the first 45 for the remainder of this group, we’ll equip ourselves very well. That doesn’t even mean we’ll necessarily qualify, because the margins are tiny, but there were a lot of positives to take from that game.

It wasn't a collapse but heads went down in that second half. We weren't being proactive in defence, stayed off them too much and gave them the space to do what they do. Hopefully a lesson learnt for the boys, games like that are a marathon not a sprint.

We've just played our 5th match in 17 days, which includes 2 aways, the Huns, the mini's and now Real Madrid... And even still we gave em * for about 50mins... Perspective is required in all this, no?

For an experienced player I can't believe benzema shat himself with the atmosphere and went off.

Dunno how he generated the power out of nothing on the outside of his boot to finish that. He’s an incredible player even still at nearly 37.
