I’d keep Ideguchi for now, he’s not really had a fair shot and hard to judge off a few pre-season games and a few cameos.

A loan out to Aberdeen or something could do him a world of good and we’ll see what level he’s at.

Might be early but he looks so slow on and off the ball for me and we can do much better..

Don't think he suit's us at all..

Would be harsh on Ideguchi to put him out due to the injuries he’s had, and not really getting much game time because of this. After how he never settled at Leeds, I think it best to keep him with his country men for this season and see how he does. I think he’s on a 4 year contract, plenty time for him to settle and produce what Ange thinks he can.

Forgotten defender Christopher Jullien is reportedly set to end his Celtic spell as he prepares to undergo his Montpellier medical.

Jullien has yet to feature for the Scottish Premiership champions this season, and has made after just one appearance under Ange Postecoglou, in a Scottish Cup cameo against Raith Rovers when he was handed just 16 minutes of game time. The 29-year-old had been set to leave Parkhead earlier this summer after passing a medical at Schalke, but he failed to agree personal terms over a loan move as returned to Lennoxtown for pre-season.

Jullien ha spent much of the last 18 months injured after colliding with the post in a league clash against Dundee United in January 2021, but looks set to finally draw a line under his time in Glasgow's east end. L'Equipe report that he is set for a medical with Ligue 1 side on Tuesday to seal a loan switch

Should he be given the green light to complete the move, it will likely draw his spell at Celticto a close having already entered the final year of his contract. Following his return from injury last term, the centre-back faced a tough task of dislodging Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt after the duo formed an impressive partnership at the heart of the title-winning defence.

Stephen Welsh was Postecoglou's preferred back-up option. Moritz Jenz has also made his case for a starting spot after arriving from Lorient this summer.

Don’t want to feel like I’m celebrating him leaving. Wish him absolutely nothing but the best and I hope he gets back to some sort of fitness and form. Potentially harshly judged by Ange, especially given how good he is with the ball at his feet but Ange has more than earned the right to call things as he sees it and if Ange sees him somewhere else, that’s good enough for me.

Scored some massive goals for us. Put in some warrior like performances. However, with the salary he’s on, it could be better spent elsewhere. So, I’m happy to see the wages off the books, not delighted to see the back of him because, although he could be a huffy *, I did love him.

    Good luck to him.

There was no word of any issues with his medical previously, just the greedy * wanted more money. Therefore, hopefully they know his demands, and are comfortable paying it and we don’t have the same situation again.

Still think he could have got back and put that ball out for a corner instead of doing the "world cup willie" clearance off the line injuring himself in the process
