Had a great game, constantly took up the inside left position with his back to goal and seen a lot of the ball. Playing in a system that really suits him.

He was outstanding IMO, particularly first half.

Think he must cover the most amount of ground of anyone in the team, don’t think juranovic covers the same amount of ground, played really well today, but equally would like to see how bernabei looks like in an actual game, good competition

Best full back in the squad at playing Anges full back role. Most comfortable central by far.

Must admit, he was really good yesterday, especially his link up play.
Now I think I understand the term inverted full back.

Spent 3.5 on a lb from Argentina who’s gonna have to excel to get into first 11 by looks of it because Taylor has made that spot his own

Good to see he is getting the credit he deserves; with Bernabei waiting for a chance it would be easy to ignore his performances to get the Argentinian in the team - So long as he keeps turning in performances like he did on Sunday then Bernabei will have to wait his chance; if he were to better Taylors recent performances then we will have signed a very good player - As it stands Taylor has risen to the challenge of having a £3.5 million player challenging him for his place - You can see he gives his all for the jersey; he's never stops to the point of exhaustion

Was playing really good incisive passes and not just playing it safe, good to see. Like him, like his attitude as has been said many times he has his limitations but he's a key member of this squad now.

I understand people's doubts about Taylor at European level, but it's still funny that when he has basically his 25th good game in a row, you still get the, "was surprisingly decent today" comments.

I didn't rate him a single bit. 100% one of the most improved player's under Ange though..

Aye he has some limitations and I think Bernabei once settled, will be a first team player....but you can't fault just how good Taylor's been for quite a while now..

So suited to coming inside and linking the play. Doesn't get isolated much down his side anymore....since Starfelt got a grip of thing's from say January onwards overall also..

Probably get shown up in Europe like that Bodo game....but I actually quite like him now. Gives everything....also added a bit of spite/aggression that wasn't always there and confidence is through the roof..

Good sort in the dressing room as well. I've never seen McGregor lose his composure before, even as captain when he's been done badly in challenges....yet last week against Norwich he saw the red mist because Taylor got in to it with their right back..

Anyone who's seen my post's on him before Will know this is some turnaround :giggle1:

Loved his involvement in the third goal there, from the constant hassling to the pass to Jota.

Not looking to lose his position is he..

Not just the aggression, he’s always been capable of a good pass but very rarely put himself out there and do it and kept it tidy. Just look at his passing today and yesterday.

He’s been * excellent. His positioning is * brilliant and looks like he’s * determined to keep his place. Great to see.
