He really needs to get more involved on the ball..

 

Him being quiet isn't a new thing. He doesn't really come short, always looking in behind but that creates space for the onrushing midfielders

 

Been anonymous on more than one occasion pre season now..

No one really feeds his runs..

 

Thought he was poor today, can't remember one thing he done, but at the same time we aren't matching his runs.

Could make an argument to start Giakoumakis over him currently.

 

Big Giako definitely had the better game, won fouls and linked up the play a lot better in his cameo. Unlucky with the shot at the end from the Forrest assist too.

Kyogo’s instructions seem to be to run in behind at every opportunity rather than to come short and link up.

 

Had my favourite moment of the game when he left his foot in on that number 2 who was being an aggressive * with Taylor and McGregor.

Proceeded to shout at him as he picked himself up. A most un-Kyogo moment.

 

Weird considering his dropping back and linking up play is top drawer.....but you're right.....he looks to almost be under order's to play on the shoulder and no drop in to pockets..
