Doesn’t really mean * all mate, Dedryck Boyata’s doing better in the Bundesliga than he did in Scotland, doesn’t mean the SPFL’s better than the top German league.

 

The thing for me is the Belgian league perfectly suits him, anytime I’ve watched it it’s a lot less physical than here or the International level. His height wins in the air and his pace with not much of a physical battle makes him much better in that league than he’d ever be here.

From the bits I’ve caught it’s more about technique and passing than the hustle bustle.

I agree mate he is absolute garbage and one of the worst players I've seen play for us. Big but a shitebag, a so-called "ball playing centre back" who panics under pressure and can't play five yard passes, zero positional sense, and worst of all has the mental strength of a pea, gets feared and rattled and spits the dummy out and gets pissy whenever things go slightly against him. But of course away from the pitch he's Billy big baws. Literally only thing he has is a bit of pace.
