    I can't see it.

I like him as a player but to me that reeks of someone who was ready to leave at the title celebrations and basically all but said his goodbyes but has realised his stock is so low he won't get the move he wants at 29 years old.

    Meh.

I’m unsure why so many are writing this guy off, he was bought for a fee of £7 million.

Yes his injury has been massive and could be a factor in Angel’s decision on his playing time. However we were all crying out for the big man in the shambles of 10 IAR season.

Besides the big Greek, he is the only threat in the air we have. He could be a massive player for us this year with the calendar.

We would never recoup the fee we paid. Ange develops players that’s clear to see, hope he stays and is involved this year.

Victim of that nasty injury, and obviously isn't in the manager's plans.

Changed his tune, if he gets his head down and is serious about fighting for his place then fair * to him. Would love him to succeed. But time will tell.

If he's willing to stay and fight then give him time on preseason. There's a great player there if he can get back to fitness

His time has come and gone with us, just cos he cost us 7m doesn't mean he should stay. Injury may have fukd him but even before that the player he was i dont see fitting in a Ange system.

I’ll be shocked if he’s still here come the end of the window.

Fair play if he wants to stay and fight for his place but I can't see it.. I don't think we will be getting close to our 7 million back if he leaves which I think he will..

I actually really liked him when he first joined and how he’d been throughout his time here until recently.

Feel like he really wants to leave but there isn’t any interest in him so now he wants to “fight for his place”.

Maybe this realisation though will bring back the good attitude and he can get back to how he was before. If he’s fully fit and motivated, he’s a great option a cb.

I think he’s much better than Starfelt, I also think there’s no way in * he could do Starfelt’s job in this system. So if he stay’s he’s directly duking it out with CCV

I would like to see him stay, cracking player on his day. Whether or not he can adapt to Ange's style remains to be seen. If he does stick around, I do think we'll see more of him. Ange doesn't strike me as the type to keep players around if he knows they aren't what he's after.

He was a good player pre injury but the fact he wasn’t given a chance once fit is telling.

I really want to see him and stay and I want him to get back to his best. He was our best defender before his injury, better than Ajer even. What we've got to remember is we need quality back up in all positions and if he gets back to his best then he is quality without a doubt. It would be daft I think to let him go cause theres no way we're making a profit on him at the present time and also if you consider a fully fit, top form Julien....then we'll struggle to sign a back up centre half thats as good as he is

It's not that I would ever write him off as a player. I think when fit he's a good one.

The fact is he's been out well over a year with an injury and none of us are privy to how bad it is.

The fact is also that the last time he played consistently well for us was early 2020. 2 years ago. A lot has changed since then and a big thing being the manager and system we play.

I also don't see the argument that he's much better than Starfelt anymore tbh. Who I think really came onto some excellent form for a good 6 or 7 months.

Be a bit of a * if he stays tbh, would essentially rule out getting another CB in, which we need this summer.

I do think, at his best, Jullien was an excellent player for us. Not as good as CCV, but still solid. If he can find his form again he'd be an excellent rotation option, but that's the big issue, can he find his form again?

Ideally we sell him for around £2.5-£3 million and bring another CB in.
