100% that’s sugar withdrawal. Many people describe coming off higher amounts as a week long hangover

Think there a bit of a waste to be honest.Had a few different things over the years and always used them for a while and then stopped and they gathered dust.Would ye not join a gym?

Its kinda like slimming world for specifically men. You go, get weighed and play 5s once a week. Its competitive so you get put in your team and you compete weekly against other team. Both on and off the field. So the overall score between the teams is influenced by weightloss/tracking and the score on the pitch.

    Its pretty good!

Went to the gym 3/4 times a week before we had our son but we work our shifts round him so not got the time. Trying to motivate yourself in the house is the biggest issue.

I'm no scientist but FODMAP was a big discovery for me. So, basically certain micro carbs in many foods suck the water out of your body and into your digestive system = body dehydration = lethargy. So for example, if I eat bread, ten minutes later my belly will really expand and soon I'll feel super lethargic. It took me years to discover that FODMAP - certain foods were dehydrating me = lethargy. Now, when I feel it (and I can) I get the water in and I can get some energy back. FODMAP micro carbs are in a lot of standard foods which sucks lol.

BTW, most people don't have the problem digesting these micro carbs but some of us do.

Just google FODMAP and see if it applies to you - it may not - but for me - it does!

IMO a bench is your best bet.At least ye can do a few different exercises on that.

I'd just look at something that you can keep in plain sight. I read something about if you have the machine constantly out you will be more likely to use the machine.

A regular adjustable bench is your best bet or even better if you have the space or money a power rack. I’m going to go against the grain and say to avoid machines unless you have injuries or other ailments that prevent you from using free weights. Not all machines are bad though and have their place but use them as tools rather than the standard.

As above said thats your best bet. Iv got the power rack aldi sell. Got it reduced and a total bargain. Can litterly do everything you'd need on one. If you've the space do it. However I no longer have a garage because of the thing :56:
