    Got to agree with this. I’ve been to Anfield twice in the last ten years for huge games (one a CL quarter final and one a game late on in a very tight league run in) and the atmosphere just doesn’t get close to the myth.

    Don’t get me wrong, it’s better than Old Trafford, Emirates, Etihad, etc but it’s absolutely tinpot compared to Celtic Park.

    You’ll Never Walk Alone before the game last night was pathetic.

    To be fair, at least they sung occasionally throughout the match, unlike certain other European finalists this season :fear:

    Not sure if true, but I've heard there are plenty of stadia around the world who mike up the crowd and loop it back through the speakers to make it sound bigger than what it is.

    If it adds to the experience, I don't really mind - even if it does seem a tad plastic.

    SNP at it again, Fireworks and Pyrotechnics bill passed in Holyrood, making it illegal to be found with either on you without a valid reason. Another bill that mainly targets football fans (and the once a year bonfire night)
