    Be surprised if he goes EPL. I would’ve the thought it would be more Saudi or A League.

    He was voted top 4 in the league, in ToTS and won goal of the season. A good way to end things and easy option was to leave last summer probably but he wanted the title back where it belongs.

    He should have a statue outside Parkhead for the Invincible Treble goal alone. One of the single, best, most amazing feelings I've had in my 31 years as a Celtic fan.

    He goes with mine and I'm sure everyone else's best wishes.

    I’m wondering if his profile has been lifted in the J-League and he’s going to stop off there for a few seasons on the way to the A-League. He’s too good to go straight to the A-League. No chance China, they are a mess at the moment with their zero Covid policy. Thought he refused the Middle East.

    Can’t really be underestimated him giving us an extra year to help Ange as a support in the dressing room when he was unknown.

    Could easily have * off last summer after the disaster of Lennon.

    Scored the most iconic goal in modern times to our support and made us Invincible Treble winners and set us on the road to unprecedented domination.

    Reception he’ll get tomorrow will be off the scale.

    Feel it was the right time for him to go but doesn’t make it any easier man.

    That was I was gony say he controlled a ball in the same type of way as Zidane or Berbatov. Made things look very easy at times as he danced by players.

    Gutted man, one of my favourite all time celts :54:

    Been some signing for us, some absolutely crucial goals and assists and a joy to watch him as he's such a unique style of player. Deserves a cracking send off on Saturday.

    He had his best season for many years.
    Gutted he is leaving but he will always have a special place in the Celtic family.

    A league talks are a bit premature. He is only 30 and in the form of his life. He could probably get a gig in the EPL but he is probably better suited to somewhere like France or Germany.

    I thought with Ange being there it would have been the perfect reason for him to stay. He had a great season and it seemed like under Ange he was playing some of his best football. He could have went on for a good few more seasons with us because pace was never his thing and he never had any in the first place for to lose it. Fitness was always an issue and putting together 20 games of being fit and available never really seemed to happen. But it was getting there under Ange.

    Only thing I can think of is that he wants to go home to Oz. I think if he wanted to continue living over here that he would have signed another contract with us. I cant see him going to England. Or anywhere else in Europe for that matter. Total gutted like. He's some player when he plays

    Will miss both of them, Tam more so on the pitch but big Biton's been a big part of this club for 10 year!
