I tend to agree with what you lads are writing and think that if he’s not on the bench and GG is out, that probably indicates what is going on in this situation.

Everyone knows I've been wanting him to be given more opportunities but tbh, if he can't even hugely affect a game against a Sevco B side at Celtic Park, in front of Ange, then how can he be expected to do anything against their first team?

Karamoko should have taken that opportunity to bang in at least a hattrick if he's as special as I thought he was going to be.

I actually thought he was good last night. Pacey and willing to get involved, playing with first team players would allow him to be more effective.

I'm glad people aren't forming an opinion off of one game for the B team.

See all the way through his career so far the game I have seen him for the B team and unders he doesn’t stand out as the main man in a team. He has quality that if he has a good team around him he can make an impact. I do think in the main team against most teams in the league he would be good. He looked fine when he came on against Dundee Utd.

To be fair to him he did have 2/3/4 players on him when he got the ball. I thought his tracking back wasn't great and if you compare his work rate against Moffat or Wylie he does seem to be lacking in that respect

It’s baffling that it’s taken you this long to realise it. Just like Shved, you seem to pick a certain player and assume they’d tear the league up based on absolutely nothing.

    It’s beyond strange.

Think the boy has been surrounded by a mythical reputation. Mind Brian McLaughlin getting compared to Wee Jinky!

The staff finally realising he’s not a left winger.

Only made his debut at this level 6 year ago tbf.

I never saw the whole game but what I did see he was very good for a spell and I see he had a part in the first goal too.

In his very good spell he looked unplayable at that level constantly squaring his man up and taking him on, looking to make things happen and did with the assist for the goal and was unlucky not to score himself just after that.

I think he has the potential to be a very good player, but needs a good team round about him and unfortunately our B team seems to have real varying levels of ability in it. Too many of them lacked basic control and the ability to play simple passes without constantly giving the ball away. Positionally a few were all over the place particularly the full backs.

I thought he always played on the right wing and not the left?

    He did.

Until they suddenly decided he should play left wing the last couple of month since he went back down to the B team.

Modern day forwards have to be able to play in more than 1 position across the front - look at Liverpool with Salah, Mane, Jota, Firmino and Diaz. They move about and are just as good in numerous positions.

If Dembele wants to succeed he’ll have to do/be the exact same.
