That will be 4 good wingers when Mizuno gets fit. I wonder will he take RM against Falkirk?

i will certainly be applauding shaun tomorrow think its the best signing of the window and now we will see the best of Mcgeady because he has competition and nobody knows why he left maybe money or maybe he thought he was wanting to try himself in the best league in the world but anyway he has apologized so i hope he gets a good reception and no booes

We've got tough competition on the wings... I hope it brings some good performances. We might start 3-4-3 with so many wingers(real and converted)...

I reckon this signing could be the difference in us winning or not winmning the league.A quality option on the bench who can fill in really well on either wing.It takes some pressure off McGeady and allows us to rest Naka when he's carrying a knock.Great player for Europe as well.

It's mental, last season we went the whole season with just 2 wide players in the squad, now we have 6!

can't say i'm over the moon about his return. he couldn't hack it at villa so decides we're now good enough for him, even though we weren't when he suffered a career threatening injury and we stood by him. to be honest he makes me feel like celtic are only second best to clubs like villa.

he's no better than barry ferguson for the reasons above.

i'll not be hurling abuse at him or anything like that but, i certainly won't hold him in the same regard as i did when he was first at the club.

if he had've played well at villa and still wanted to come back i'd see it differently but, sadly that's not the case.

Yeh I'm happy to see Seany Bhoy back tbh, think WGS would have put him right tho with the "dont expect to walk into the first 11 son" talk.

Being down with the Villa will have been a good education for him, when I saw him on MOTD Seany always done ok and he'll have learnt a lot about his game from his time with Martin O Niell etc.

    Good Luck Seany Bhoy :50:

I think its great that he's back,he the kind of player that we need right now that will create things and score goals.would like to see him start either on the right in place of naka,as i dont think hes 100% fit yet,or in place of mcdonald.

at the end of the day, as long as he is wearing a celtic shirt, he will get my full support, as does anyone else who wears it

I am more than happy for Shawn to come back. I mean, if I hear people saying his a money grabbing, selfish git but to be honest with you, if I was offered to play in the Premiership, I would have done the same thing and so would they. He's found out that the Grass isn't greener on the other side and wants to come back.

I'm only worried about Strachen misusing him. I mean, he's more likely or not going to play him as a winger but I think he should be up front cause we have no pace at all in that department. Jan and Scott have the goal scoring ability but lack any real pace. Play Shawn with Skippy tomorrow and lets see how they get on cause Scott can header a ball and strike the ball. Shawn has the pace and the skill to get past the defenders and leave them in knots. That's a good striker force to me.
