I didn’t actually. I just don’t frequent Celtic Chat that much these days. Posts like yours are why. The hatred spewing out of every line is palpable. For somebody you don’t know and have no earthly idea what his influence is on the team. Comparing him to trans folk, baw slapping board members, calling him a parasite etc. Utterly bizarre behaviour.

I find some of your posts mildly amusing sometimes but you should be ashamed of the * you spouted in here.

 

Have said before, don't really get the animosity towards him from a lot of people, and still don't understand it. I personally don't have a great idea how much his input has affected our performances, but he's been here while our performances have been at both ends of the spectrum.

 

He has literally been here under multiple managers during one of the most decorated periods in our history. Nothing to do with him though apparently but he’s front and centre for abuse when it goes * up. It’s weird.

 

The reason some people want Kennedy gone is because there is a toxic cronyism problem at Celtic and an overbearing and controlling board. Sometimes this descends into a debate about whether he’s a good coach or whether he’s a board shill etc, but the facts of that are largely irrelevant to the main problem people have.

Generally speaking we will never know the answers to these things but there are those of us that recognise that cronyism and control cost us the 10. It destroyed years of progress and there should be a zero tolerance approach to it in the future.

Personally I don’t hate Kennedy and as long as the manager wants him here I’m fine for him to be here. Once Ange goes I would expect him to either move on or be demoted from assistant manager (although I’m not sure if that’s formally his role) as it’s highly unlikely any manager coming in would willingly allow an assistant to be appointed to him. Let’s face it, Ange is the exception that proves the rule.
