Thought he played very well tbh. Looks like he’s gained an extra yard of pace too.

 

I have always felt he is one who struggles with the three games in a week so perhaps getting a decent rest between games helps bring the best out in him.

Played well. Wish the * wouldn’t take about 2-3 working days to take a throw-in though.

 

He played well last night. Not the greatest left back we've had but he always puts in a shift

 

Hes murder at throw ins every game I say the same thing.get another left back in summer to provide competition

 

Can’t fault him for effort but was quite ineffective going forward. The problem with Taylor is he is so hesitant in everything he does. That’s why he always needs a few more seconds when taking a throw in, a extra touch before a pass and also his reluctance to take on players. I really can’t stand him always taking the easy and safe backwards pass. A few times yesterday he opted to pass backwards to Starfelt who was immediately under pressure.

 

I thought he was terrific today. Absoloutely immense. Not his biggest fan by any means,but his energy was unreal.

 

I like him but he’s an area we need to improve if we wanna progress to the next level as he’s simply not good enough for European football. We should be looking to replace him in the summer.

 

Was decent enough but offers so little attacking wise, * scared to get a shot off. Looks like Ange rates him, so likely will run with him for now

 

Very impressive. The boy is improving all the time.

 

I've said for a while on here, I don't think he's as bad as made out. He's by far our best LB in this system.

 

Aye he gets a rough ride. There's times where he has been rank tbf but overall he's a good player on his day.

It's in both boxes where he lacks a bit, but as a linking player he's very good in this system. Unfortunately it's in both boxes that you get punished against better sides and this really shows up with him. We still need to improve on him if we want to really progress.

Just a wee joke between me and wee McChiellini. He hates Taylor with every fibre of his being, and I might have, possibly, potentially, kind have wrote off Jackie early. That's all

 

He has improved a lot since the start of the season. Even since Christmas, where I was wanting us to go and sign two LB'S.

I still think LB needs to be priority in the summer, but Taylor is good enough to be back-up at the very least.
