He's careless with the ball at times. But he gets in the right positions and will continue to find the net

Much better game from him today. Was taking the ball in a lot better and some nice touches(also 1 honking 1 that went out for a throw right enough)

Starting to think even his over hit passes is because he thinks everyone can run as fast as him

I've never seen anyone like him play for Celtic before, he's terrorizes their defenders and goalie non stop for 90 minutes. Strong beyond his build, has no fear, gives all! what more can a forward player next to him want.
He's no central striker but he takes defenders out the game, making space, great to watch.

Was good today - gets in the right positions and his pressing is mental.

Probably when we’ve got our strongest team together and Kyogo’s back then he doesn’t start. However, if he is coming off the bench at 60/70 minutes on the clock, then his intensity and ability to be in the right position at the right time will definitely see him get us goals and can help change games.

He’s doing exactly what you need from a January signing while you’re going for a very tight league.

Available every game, doesn’t stop working, contributing with goals. Terrific.

The important thing is that he's making a contribution, his attitude is first class.

Good movement for his goal, should’ve had another at least. Better.

£1.7m is real good value for what he brings to the table imo

After the build up for Giakoumakis for this game Maeda’s performance had real, “No Giakoumakis, no problem” vibes.

    Much better today.

Pressing was fantastic as always but much more involved and seemed to be staying more central.

Have gave him fair bit of stich so only fair he gets praised for a good performance today

That's two good performances in a row, in my opinion. Great to see.

His acceleration over short distances is insane. 3 or 4 times today where he'd nicked the ball off Livingston players, basically before they'd finished controlling it after their first touch.

I’ve never seen another footballer capable of going sprint, stop, sprint, stop for 90 minutes and never looking out of breath or jaded at the end of the game. He is an incredible athlete and he’s getting his rewards on pure endeavour.
