Series has been a bit hit and miss so far. That episode was pretty special though. Visually stunning.

That episode probably stands alone (episode 5) and is essential viewing. Cant say too much but it has to been seen.

Not a big Star Wars fan but watched the Mandalorian and loved it. So on the back of that watched the first Bobba Fett, didn’t grab me at all. May go back to it.

Sad that the best episode of Boba Fett doesn’t feature him at all :giggle1:

Could one point one in the direction of an establishment where one could watch the latest episode of Boba Fett. Ones regular establishment seems to be only serving last weeks refreshments.

Episode 6 another belter. Starting to wonder if these are Mandalorian episodes, shoehorned in to boost Boba Fett ratings? He has hardly featured the last 2 weeks.

    Good stuff recently though.

I enjoyed that episode. You had to leave logic on the back burner for large parts of it but dammit if it wasn’t entertaining.

That being said I wouldn’t be disappointed if Boba didn’t get the green light for a second season. The man is not a lead character I’m sorry.

Got to say I'm enjoying this. Not as good as rhe mandalorian but still very enjoyable.

Just watched episode 7 there so interested to see how they wrap it up, and where it leads too.

The Mandalorian is much better than this show, I’m disappointed by the last episode, it felt too rushed

Not seen it but tempted to watch it. My mate sent me one scene which was some Henry Fonda cowboy kinda * with an alien and some guy in a gun duel. Looked pretty cool.

Mandalorian is good and, imo, well worth watching. Looking forward to future episodes.
Boba Fett hmm, its certainly not helped by the choice of the actor who plays Boba, chronic springs to mind, with the budget they must have had surely he wasn't the best they could get.

The actor, Temura Morrison, was chosen because he played Jango Fett (of whom Boba is a clone) in Attack of the Clones. Presumably the assumption being that Boba will look exactly like Jango.

Temuera Morrison is a decent actor, and is capable of some amazing performances - go check out Once Were Warriors, for example, that is an absolute standout.

FTR I personally don't think he was the right fit for the character as I imagined Boba Fett back in the 80's & 90's - but George Lucas obviously did when he was cast in 2000 as Jango Fett in Episode II (as @HoopSprings alluded to), and with Boba being an 'unaltered clone' of Jango - which was specified in that movie) they had to go with that casting of Morrison for this, as that was how Lucas envisaged Jango Fett and Morrison's subsequent use/model for the clones in Episode II & III, his likeness & voice in the Clone Wars series etc, which was all while Lucas still was calling the shots, not Disney. Bottom line, meant that anything where Boba Fett was going to be used as a character (unless like the Mandalorian and always wearing the helmet), they were sort of locked into him when they decided on doing this show, for better or worse.

Some level of knowledge and attention to detail lads and I can understand why the choice was made now it seems :50:

However (sorry) from my not as informed or paying attention to details/overly concerned with consistency point of view he spoils the show.

It only livened up when the Mandalorian was introduced, i haven't been too impressed with it yet. Hopefully its building up to something.
