Mccarthy before Soro for me, Mccarthy will use the the ball better and has more experienced head. Is Welsh fit? Him and CCV with Taylor also in.

Forecast is for rain and light winds so I don't see it being in any danger.

Agree with most of that just don’t want Greg Taylor near the starting 11,

I am growing to the idea of James McCarthy starting. Actually did well against Hearts when he came on and got really stuck in. Will be important to do that against the * Aribo. Soro is a walking time bomb and would get sent off at some point so is a definite no.

Actually now more worried about Taylor starting. Irrespective of who we start in our eleven he will be the worst by a county mile.

Were not at our best yet missing players/unfit players so if the hun game end in a draw i wont be to disapointed .All things considered a 2 point gap at this point of the season is fine,i believe we can overturn them 2 points as the season progress,s and the next game against them hopefully we will be t full strength and stuff them.

I actually like Soro (however, he defo needs games) but the way these mutant * keep going on about JMc being finished actually makes me think that he would love nothing more than to prove them wrong. He'll see this * too.

Personally, I wanted the game called off. Missing our whole midfield (McGregor, Turnbull and Rogic) and starting with probably our third choice striker against a team we've not beaten in 2 years is enough to say * that imo.

But, Ange with his big Daddy balls has prob had a word with the board and told them: "NAW! We'll do these *. They've struggled against Aberdeen, Livi and County recently.... Let's feed them to the Lions"

    * come on!!!!!

I like Soro's skills but I can't accept his consistent defects. We can't afford to give away free kicks away in our own half on Wednesday.

with a former rangers season ticket holder in charge is that a realistic expectation .i may well have a hefty wager on celtic recieving the first yellow ,a dead cert

Aribo is a powerful player and strong runner and will need to be contained. He often falls for free kicks when tackled.
I do not think that Hatate is up to containing him. I do not see injured Calmac playing in this game, the Huns would injure him early to take him out of the game. O'Riley will have to be on the left to contain Aribo. Matt is tall, strong, good skills, and has played in the position before, and has a good left foot. Juranovic at left back would also be a positive for this game.

After the relief of full time on Saturday the thought of not having Bitton for this fixture has been constantly on my mind, missing his calmness in possession and reading of the game will make things much more difficult, if Ralston didn't have the touch of an elephant on Saturday we wouldn't be in this position

There must be another solution other than McCarthy, the thought of him starting fills me with much less confidence, when Bitton went off away at Leverkusen with McCarthy coming on the MF and entire team crumbled, he's woeful.

At least with Soro he has mobility, energy, covers lots of ground and has a better reading of the game, as well as also being a better tackler and passer imo, basically, he's just an all round better player, can't understand why Ange can't see that when comparing him to McCarthy.

If not Soro, then perhaps O'Riley in the 6, as according to the Transfermarkt website he's played that CDM position 28 times throughout his career, then play Hatate in the 8 with Abada in the 10, Abada plays well centrally and would cause them problems, Forrest on the right, Jota on the left with Giakoumakis up front. Hopefully Forrest turns up as he rarely does against them, but would still have him in the team over McCarthy, something like this....

    Hart
    Ralston CCV Starfelt Juranovic
    O'Riley Hatate
    Abada
    Forrest Giakoumakis Jota
    I'd go...

    Hart
    Ralston CCV Jullien/Welsh Juranovic
    Soro Hatate
    O'Riley
    Abada Giakoumakis Jota

McCarthy or Soro can’t be anywhere near the team or we are *.

It’s got to be Jota or Abada just off Giakoumakis. Forrest the other wide man, which also gives me the fear, and a midfield two of Hatate and O’Riley.

That unorthodox player can well be the dynamic lad Doag, the ace in our pack for this game - the X factor ?
