Think we're being a tad harsh on him here, could have scored today only for an unbelievable save. I still have faith in the lad.

It was a brutal finish, 6 yards out and he puts it in the only place the keeper saves it. Just to top it off it wasn’t even going in.
First touch was horrendous today too, ball was literally bouncing off his foot.

No good enough and his second touch is a tackle

He needs to have a massive, massive game on Wednesday. Scores against the huns and todays performance will be all forgotten about.

Still, we have Kyogo on in place of him, or even Abada for the full 90 we win that game more comfortably, he has to do better.

I'm not one for jumping on our players, but he needs to improve from what I've seen.

Maybe a few goals and his confidence will come.

    * was so so bad. His touches bounced 10 yards off him , offers no aerial threat whatsoever.

He only has one run in his locker aswell......rush to the front post .

Wasn’t great today and that wild shot in the second half was awful. He’ll know he has to do better going forward.

Doak down the right. Abada down the middle.

Sorry man, but he looks an utter shambles today. He has scored 2 good goals in the previous games, so I was trying to be positive, but everything he did today was useless.

That attempt at a volley along with his rugby shot the other day.. Jesus * Christ, it's embarrassing that he is our striker.

Not only technically poor, but his mentality looks paper thin.

Absolutely brutal outside the box and not much better inside it

I agree he was * today but I'm hoping that Ange sees something in training and trust his judgement. 20+ goals in the Dutch league isn't easy, especially for the team he was at...

He may turn out to be * but to completely write him off and call him a dud is hopefully a knee * reaction today and far too soon.

Can she play centre forward? :fear:

He was very good midweek but * today, should have had two goals and maybe on another day he would have, their keeper played great.

Based on what we’ve seen so far he isn’t going to be a consistent first pick when everyone is fit, he’s our third choice ST and is only playing due to Kyogo and Maeda being away.

If he plays through the middle against the Huns it suits them, I'd bench him and bring him on later in the game. If we can't get maeda on a private jet I'd play abada through the middle and Forrest wide right. Rangers defenders want a target man they don't want movement...jota abada Forrest is my front 3

He was poor. I'll defend him on the Siegrist save though. That was phenomenal. And it wasn't the only place he could have put it where the keeper could have saved it. Sometimes it's just a good save.

He's good at finding space and getting into the right position, but that performance today was as bad as anything I've seen from a striker in years.
