Am all for refraining from being overly critical a lit if the time, but that was absolutely *. Worryingly *.

When our style we like to play isn't working then something needs to chance in-game. * me off that we just carry on regardless when it ain't working.

Wasn't great but pitch and some of the challenges are the reason it wasn't great . McCarthy is *, Geo needs to show more but he's been out injured and it's only really his 2nd game fit. We definitely need a proper left back who gets forward in support, Taylor and scales are just average. Good thing is hetate, Forrest and juranovic weren't used. Ralston and rogic were garbage tonight but again the surface doesn't allow football.

Not exactly a game we'll be reminiscing about in years to come. Too many players not performing to the standard we know they can tonight.

I didn’t think the performance was that bad. You can’t be expected to play football when you’re being injured at will.

There was an agenda to injure Celtic players today, facilitated by the referee.

Alloa players ought to be ashamed of themselves. Behaving like that is a disgrace.

We’re in a bit of bother if Giakoumakis is our only fit striker for the next run of games

Look at the positives, we're through. Building fitness, and earmarked some players not worth playing in the bigger games against hearts and the huns.

    It's a fact.

Same in tennis some players are worse on clay than they are on grass.

I'm not using it as the only excuse, you are right we should still be better than we were. But the surface makes a huge difference, especially when we play a short passing game, doesn't affect sommuch when you play hoofball, but technical passing absolutely, it messes about with your muscle memory of how hard to hit things, that then affects control etc. Aye I agree professionals should be better at dealing with that but you cannot discount it as a factor

How was it not working? We strolled through most of the game and missed about 3/4 sitters man.

Everyone needs to forget about that performance
It’s can’t be emphasised enough just how bad that pitch was. Goes against everything we do. Fast passing football and closing down, you can’t do that on that pitch
