I think its ideal to have Rogic & Turnbull competing for 1 position and Hatate & (potentially) O'Riley the other attacking midfielder position.

I don't think Turnbull has done enough here to merit a big move so can't see it yet. He isn't even a starter for me at the moment. Would accept a big offer for him without batting an eyelid if it came.

  3. Could really do with a LB.

Sounding like a broken record but come on celtic. Just one.

We have 3 players , actually 4 if you include Juranovic that can play left back.. Cant see us getting another one this window.

Aye we need to shift bolingoli before we bring in a new lb. Ideal situation would be new lb with taylor and juranovic as cover for that position. Don't think scales will make kt here.

Think that's a bit harsh on him.

Hes played non stop for a year and a half pretty much after a very serious injury. We'd do well to get a midfielder who can contribute his numbers at the age of 22. We may have another coming in, in O'Reilly. But I'd much rather have 2, than 1.

Hes still got several levels in him.

That's a poor evaluation of Turnbull, he is better than he gets credit for. Better stats than Rogic and a higher work rate. Sure rogic looks great in the middle of the park with close control etc but that doesn't win you games. You'll see the best if him once he is back and getting a chance to rotate more, he played every competitive game from the start of the season until his injury

Honestly feel like we're a left back away from having a squad capable of doing something in Europe next season. Obviously if we keep it together and don't lose anyone.

I think the only way we are getting a left back is if it’s the Lee Buchanan from Derby with their Administrators apparently letting players approach them if they want to leave. We have asked to be informed if he does but I think there is a good few clubs keen.

I think he has potential to be better than Taylor but is still a bit raw from what I have seen of him.

I think it maybe another winger we are looking to bring in, possibly Gudmundsson or Ferhat. I know they said Ferhat’s club don’t want to sell but they have barely used him this season and he’s only got 6 months left on his deal so I am sure they could be convinced.

By quite some distance the best January window we've had. So much so we're going in to next season in a very good place already.

All done without a last minute Lawell loan, a Dudu Diddy delight, a DD black book special or Lennons love of rawness.

All we needed was Ange in a sweater chatting to Mike Nicholson, about football and the Celtic vision. Outstanding.

I feel all warm and fuzzy now. :36:

If we can secure Jota and CCV it'll reach new levels of sexiness.

Losing both of them in the summer would be a huge blow and set us back a bit. Both just suit us down to the ground right now and would be hard to replace.

I think it's almost certain we get CCV. Settled in with us and the interest in him will be far lower than Jota, even tho he's been just as good (or even better tbh)

Think Jota is the one where I'm not 100% on, I think CL football is needed to have any chance of signing him.

Definitely be a big blow, but as long as they help us secure the title and auto CL entry then they can leave with my best wishes.

Given Ange record in the market so far I’d trust in him to find suitable alternatives with the cash banked and the lure of guaranteed CL football.

Ideally we’ll sign both though pls.

I'm still pinching myself at this transfer window. I mean did anyone really expect this?

I agree but same time we've seen how hard it is to find decent quality CBs who don't give you the fear.

I'd actually say it would be easier to replace Jota than CCV for a club like ours. Jota would still be v hard to replace for me given how much of a random coup it is to have him here and up for grabs for £6m. You don't get guys of his quality easily.

But both of them have to be kept. Even if its just signing them two and a LB in the summer I'd bite your hand off for that right now.
