    This one feels like the latter for me. You'd have thought if we were interested in him we'd have got him in the summer before he moved to a club on big money in late August. Unless it's just a case of him not settling at his new club and wanting out.

    Seems kinda similar to the Boyle links where if we were genuinely interested we'd have surely went for him before he signed a new deal that took out his low release clause only a few months ago.

    I'm yer man then - only drawback would be that I'd definitely not add any height to our smallish sized defense or midfield and definitely not to our forward line

    Mcgree is a no8/10. Can't really include him.

    Maeda will rotate striker. We need a big squad I think the first half of the season has really shown that.

    If jota is injured again we then may have Johnston coming in, if Maeda isn't available or is through the middle in place of Kyogo etc.

    I think when you lay the squad out on paper another winger makes sense.
