Whoever wins this is an absolute certainty to reach the final. I could see either player whitewashing Wade. I know Wade has a habit of being able to stick in games, but he won’t be able to live with Price or Smith.

 

Crowd are scum of the earth. * ridiculous man. They should move the worlds, instead of giving the gammons it every year.

I'm no massive on darts but this is the best tournament of darts I've ever seen..

Drama every night..

Hate that wee bully * but the crowd done him dirty that whole game..

Thought Smith would choke but unreal..

 

Forgetting about the crowd for a minute, Smith seems like a decent boy to be fair. He deserved that win in my opinion.

Best tourney in a while aye, the standard is so high.
To lose is fine, but they scum * ruin the match. Think how bad Ando or Wright will get it off the * in the final now. Be better doing a King and wearing ear plugs.

I've never heard commentators and player's have to mention it like this before, nowhere near.....which shows how bad it's been..

 

I don’t think the standard has been great to be honest. There has been a few games with high averages, but not as many as I would expect. Wade is in the semis with a highest average of 93 and has only hit 4 180s.

 

Well deserved from Smith. Got a reputation as a bottler when it really matters but he held it all together there.

 

* get in there!! What a performance. My respect for Price grew tenfold there. He’s an absolute warrior.. brilliant player. He swallowed before his two darts for the match though, bottled it.

 

mate the standard has been incredible for the most part with some truly memorable top class games thrown in. Wade was an anomaly.. just funny how his draw ended up all he had to do was beat Kuivenhoven and Kleermaker to get to the QF because VDV had to withdraw with Covid.

 

He’s a changed man. Held his nerve multiple times at crucial points against both Clayton and Price, the two best players in the world for 2021.

 

Surprised Smith is only 4/9 to beat Wade. Should be free money on form.

 

The standard hasn’t been great. I’ve picked out Wade because in years gone by, nobody who has played as poorly as him would have made it this far. The drama has been right up there, the standard not so much.

 

Crowd are a disgrace just surprised with all that drink flowing their not battering lumps out of each other.

Also think the authorities/MC/Sky need to step up here.Thought the way the crowd have been behaving has been largely ignored.Ye i know its been spoke about the odd time but its not good enough.I,d love to see the crowd been told to tone it down a bit more often and even warned of games been played behind closed doors if its needed.

Im all for the atmosphere and love the good guy bad guy thing but these * cross the line and get away with it,I mean they were calling price a sheep * *(basically being racists)and sky just lower the volume from the crowd so they cant be heard on tv,if that was happening in soccer there would be the usual public outcry from the authorities but from what i can see the darts people seem to want to play it down .
