Can’t see past Peter Wright again.

Composed as * when it matters most.

 

Wright looking good but that wee Rydz looks class too, only lost 1 set the full tournament so far.

 

He looks impressive alright. 46% on the bull for the season too.. incredible stat. Most of the top players would be about 25%. He’s also 50% on his doubles. I think Wright is a bridge too far for him at this stage though. Not talent-wise, it’s just a massive ask in an evening quarter final world championship game with Wright in the form he’s in. Should be a cracking game. Rydz will probably be world champion in his career imo.

King has won his last 7 and 9 of his last 10 meetings with Wade and Wade hadn’t hit a 180 yet in the tournament. I like King as a player.. state of Wade.

Humphries was absolutely amazing in his match with Dobey at times. Dobey threw the kitchen sink at him and played his best but it wasn’t enough even at 3-1 up. I think Humphries takes it myself. He’s the real deal and Ando is just a bit too patchy lately. If the real Ando turns up what a game we have on our hands.

 

King couldn't lay a glove there.
