The injuries are happening because we don’t have the squad to rotate.

Nice to see you posting by the way. We won a trophy at the weekend incase ye missed it.

Correct. The squad is literally down to the bare bones. Look at the bench ffs. We need at least half a dozen new * signed in the next transfer window.

When teams park the bus against us, we struggle tactically to break them down. You can say accurately the squad's depleted but it's still a better squad to a man than St Mirren or Livi have put out against us. It's a poor excuse to say we need more players when we're already outspending these teams by a substantial margin. We're not losing games by being outclassed, we're losing them because we're not adapting our tactics to maximise the resources we have available. The buck has to stop with the manager on that front.

Seen a clip during the final where he was sitting in the stand and another celtic player pointed to his thigh and kyogo nodded yes to imply another injury or the injury still there.

I love the big man, and it's clear he's building something special with us.

But he needs a plan b.

Livingston, Dundee United at home and today all had a similar pattern, we could have played for another hour and got nothing. It'll be a different story come February, don't get me wrong, but it's something to consider.

Beat St Johnstone on Sunday and we need to put our entire focus on recruitment. A RW, two midfielders and a LB need to come in at minimum

Nah but I mean every time we have dropped points this season we've not had Kyogo up top. We've won a couple without him but by and large if he doesn't play we don't play

Including the few games where Ange took off jota and kyogo the team level dropped the minute they left the pitch. Up front we are very weak without them.

He has coaxed a few results out of them and we are certainly thin on the ground but I wouldn't say he's done amazing.

Infact I'd say his decisions have actually cost us a few points on this run.

Giakoumakis ahead of Kyogo v Livi and the mad decision to promote Giakoumakis as our penalty taker ahead of Juranovic was the 1st.

Then playing Kyogo in that complete dead rubber, leaving us strikerless in our most hectic run of games is the 2nd big one.

4 points frittered away to teams that barely crossed the halfway line...

    This is nonsense.

We don’t have a striker and we’re using a youth winger so our (soon to be) 3rd choice 19 year old winger can play upfront. On the other side we’re onto backup wingers too.

How can you expect to reliably break down 11 men behind the ball in that situation?

Bit of a stretch to assume that Kyogo would be completely fine and not have got injured if he didn’t come on against Betis but have been fine against everybody else considering he’d be the only option to play.

What really * me off is they will go and play other teams and lose 4 or 5 or 6 goals with that depleted squad, but we cant find a way to put 1 past them.

To be honest, this is true and it’s because the squad was not adequately staffed in the summer, as pointed out by many on here.

To be fair, it's more than Kyogo we're missing.

During the Livingston and Dundee United games, we were missing Kyogo, Mcgregor and Forrest. Today we were missing Kyogo, Jota and Forrest.

Only game he's really * up in was Livingston at home, others he's been dealt a raw hand.

It's all hypothetical but had he been injured in a game that something was at stake then the risk of playing him would be justified.

There was literally no reward v Betis and a massive risk.

Aye we're clearly much weaker without him...stating the obvious but even playing a mobile natural number 9 would be better off out the academy..

The big boy Dawson scored 2 taps in last night that Abada didn't even react to tonight. That shows the difference..

I thought we'd got away with Kyogo getting injured against Betis but it's come back to haunt us in a big way..

You can see what he's trying to build, aye we've dropped frustrating points but come on its night and day from last season.

Already has a trophy in the bag too..

None of our first choice front 3 playing either.

Mark my words after tonight covid will visit us just to finish the job. In England your team gets players infected they call off games, in Scotland its...you got a keeper......right play on.
