As someone has said it's not just about the spread of the virus. A lot of it is about commercial interests and the overall running of the country. Fewer trains, buses etc businesses and shops being affected by all those folk isolating with the symptoms. It could bring everything to it's knees. I see it in the care sector already. Schools, hospitals, ambulances are also affected. It's spreading rapidly and whilst it might not do any harm to the majority of us it might do to a few. All the folk catching it and show symptoms have to isolate. I know someone who caught it and has been really ill for over a week. Her husband is fine and she hadn't been anywhere without him.

Unbelievable. The cup final was NOT a super spreader event for a vaccinated population.

Cop26 the month before wasn't an issue. Scotland literally opened its doors to the world. Restriction free. Global spreading event.

The selfie Queen had her photo taken so many times without a mask. It could have enduced an epileptic fit for most.

    Boooo.

Aye, cheers for that. No one questions anything apart from conspiracy nut jobs like yourself.

Judging by your posts, you don't believe in education either.

I'm bored of your thickness. Blocked.

I wear my mask properly for 8 hours a day mate. People like you argue about wearing it for 5 minutes while doing their shopping.

Well said Burrows. Everything he says there is reasonable and makes sense.

Amazing that folk still think Sturgeon doesn’t get anything out of decisions like this.

Not in any way shape or form superior. More informed on this subject, probably.

That’s the worst thing about much of this tbh.

Unless you buy into the most outlandish conspiracy theories hook, line and sinker, you’re a sheep, basically.

Loads of legitimate questions like - what the long terms strategy here; Is shutting an outdoor stadium supported by data; gets drowned out by people doubting the basic efficacy of vaccines, trying to convince themselves that GP’s are euthanising people, and believing that Bill Gates/George Soros are behind all this.
