I’m not English but live there… I, and most of the people around me don’t want Westminster to be pressured into anything just because Scotland does it… never mind what that fascist nut-job in Wales imposes.

Irrespective of what governments do., I’d like to see the spfl (premiership) just take the decision to shut down from 27 December. Take the matter away from the government effectively. The EPL clearly took that approach yesterday … although voted to continue. They might now find that they are back to empty stadiums though.

 

Because she gets to shut pubs, close stadiums, force people to stay at home, you couldn’t write this kinda power for someone like her. She couldn’t give a * if she * half the population off, her daft supporters will still vote for her.

 

What’s scary is you don’t even realise that you’re talking utter nonsense.

As has been asked, twice, how would * off hundreds of thousands of people give her more power? Just think about that question. Properly.

 

I quite like the idea that she’s sitting in Bute House, giddy at the thought of closing pubs, rubbing her hands together and thinking “yasssss! Such power! Love making decisions that * of millions of people!”

As little sense as it actually makes, it’s quite fun.

 

And this is how she gains popularity from such decisions.

If asking for some sort of rationale explanation as to how shes gaining any power in the event of closing stadiums is “jumping through hoops” then yeah, I guess I’m jumping through hoops.

For most people though, asking someone to demonstrate some logic behind their accusation, isn’t much of a hoop.

I'm not her biggest fan, I vote for the SNP because I want my country to be independent and unfortunately, it's really the only way to get that. I certainly don't vote for her personally. I vote for her party. I also don't see how putting everyone in some form of lockdown benefits her.

Not everyone is blindingly following her either. Loads of countries are going through the same thing right now. It's a worldwide pandemic. Calm down, have a cuppa and think logically about what you're saying.

Sturgeon has flaws, * knows I've moaned about her enough in the Independence thread, but accusing her of being on a power trip with the restrictions is laughable or it would be if it wasn't so illogical.

 

Surely if she does close it down it renders this daft passport utterly pointless every top flight fan is double vaccinated (At least). I understand the vaccine doesn't stop the virus spreading but why bring the passport in in the first place then
