To the author of that pish, if you are reading this, put your name to that if you are going to outright lie about the Celtic support or at the very least open comments on the article so that every Celtic supporter can slaughter you like you deserve.

I see the Silent protests are really bringing us together for this cause... Board couldn't give a *! Only people its effecting is the players. END OF.

Obv support the cause myself but they are stubborn, & I actually think they are more likely to appoint him the more we dont want home.

 

I brought a simular subject on the weekend, what happens if/when they do appoint him? It would then reaffirm the fact the current board and owner lack any sort of respect for the fans. Where do we go then? As is shows that they don't give a * about protests, don't give a * about the civil rights of the fans and certainly don't give a * about who they employ. It tells us something we already know, that they'll do what they want to do and we have no choice but to accept it.

I'm just hoping the current English FA plans for clubs come north of the border (in reaction to Bury going defunct, fans having more of a say on how clubs are ran, especially owners and board members)

 

I think we vote on our feet and stop attending. The board will soon change their decision if the fans are not lining their pockets.

I agree with you. I am in total support of the cause but the silent protest is indeed not helping the team and the players and even more so given how we have hauled ourselves back into contention but clearly are up against it with all the things been thrown in front of the team at the moment to stop us we need at the least for the 90 minutes to get 100% behind the team IMHO.

There would be all out * war against the BoD, and not from just the GB. The wider support base would be utterly disgusted, not just with the appointment, but with how the board could be so callous.

Theyll be acutely aware of the massive fallout of trying to appoint him. I consider myself a modest fan, pretty much your middle of the road ex season ticket holder now expat... And this is the FIRST season since I had my first job at 15, that ive refused to buy club merchandise, or pay for any subscriptions, or whack in with my siblings for my Da's annual christmas present... His season ticket (hes also finished, not renewing after this year).

And im just your average disgruntled fan, fed up with their *, for fluffing the 10 through years of laziness and mismanagement.

Most of my hoops mates back home feel exactly the same.

Board playing their usual *, ignore, ignore, ignore. Wait for it to disappear.

But its clear they CAN'T appoint that *. They couldnt have the * mopping the bogs at CP, nevermind running the security operations for the entire club.

I fully expect things to go quiet, then maybe in the new year, a rag story about the * taking a job elsewhere.
The BoD get to pretend they never backed down, and we all continue to abhor and despise them.

I read the 1st line about James Forrest and that was enough! Ive been back through it since 1st glance and who ever wrote that has actually lost the plot!
Who is he? Does he have Twitter?

 

So that was about 17,000 quid and 4 vans filled at the food drive, now another 6 grand and * knows how many toys just a fortnight later.

At any time of year that would be amazing. A few weeks before Christmas though? Phenomenal.

This club really is something special.
