Making Celtic Park a morgue is hindering the team, it will make zero difference on whether Higgins joins the club or not..

 

Then * should stop moaning and groaning and support the team. You can hardly blame those staying silent for that .

This is what the protest is highlighting. This could be the norm. * will sing a couple of lines every 30 mins or so. Maybe more often when we are winning and the team don't really need them.

The vast majority of * in Celtic Park just sit and wait for the team to give them something to shout about rather than actually do something to encourage and help them.

 

* red neck man, cannot believe that lack of awareness by the groups with this silent protest pish. Back them on every single issue and always have, but am seriously * off with this decision. Get a * grip lads eh? Embarrassing.

 

Yup, nothing more self-entitled that expecting the club you've given up time, money, and energy to support week in, week out to at least speak to you before they hire the very person that hounded you like prey for years.

I * despair at the state of this, genuinely scunnered at how little solidarity there turned out to be in the Celtic support.

 

Agree. The thought is good but they are full of themselves IMO. IF they would get what they want (I don’t have anything against that) they would be back protesting again shortly demanding even more.

Protest is justified IMO but the team should not suffer for it.

One of celtics drawing power in recruitment is the fantastic atmosphere at our games.

Imagine Maeda and co watching our games and thinking what the * this is? Dead silent.

Some say that other fans should feel free to sing, but all supporters clubs are taking part in this.

The board are probably basking in the silence of the so called sectarian chants....
No one wins in silent protests....pish idea.

 

Not sure about that mate, there's pressure from all the fan groups to stay silent. Not just the GB..

 

I bet you'd be one of the first guys to say the GB don't speak for you, yet here are many of you moaning that they don't sing for you...

We all know fine well what the issue is, and we all agree with the sentiment. It's the choice of protest that is the problem. No idea why so many are refusing to acknowledge this.

Exactly mate it’s honestly amazing how folk just canny see why this is happening.

 

A silent protest in the grand scheme of things does * all to be fair. The board aren’t going to change their mind on Higgins because the GB aren’t singing. This is the same Celtic board that kept Lennon for months longer than they should have and were happy to see our season falling apart during 10 in a row. The GB have stumped up their season ticket cash, and that’s all that really matters to this board. Protests at this stage mean very little, especially this one. What do they honestly think it’s going to achieve?

 

Don't know what your point is here mate..

90% the GB are spot on, I actually love them..

But, a silent protest against a board that doesn't give a * in any case.. Is only to the detriment to Ange and the side...

It's achieving, nothing..

I blame the board more, but this tactic has achieved, like I said the square root of * all!
