I’d be amazed if there was anything to this but he’d be a brilliant signing.

He’ll huff and he’ll puff and he’ll score a shitload of goals.

Completely fits the mould of what Ange wants both in and out of possession.

It's so frustrating watching Kyogo press only for the opposition to play to the unmarked man that others haven't tracked.

This guy will make sure we're hunting in packs.

He will terrorise the 3 little pigs in the sevco midfield.

Hate to break up the wolf jokes, but he definitely sounds like the name of a German terrorist in a Die Hard movie or something...

Or maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree...

Was tipped for big things and has big clubs on his CV but he's struggling to materialise. My fear would be this would be another Musonda signing

He was very highly rated when he was at RB Salzburg.

Would be a welcomed addition in the middle of the park and a created mobile player would absolutely make us better.

Are they reports saying that it’s a loan?

I said 17 between last summer and next summer.

Think we got what, 13 in the summer there? So I'd be happy with 4 in January. Of good quality.

The 4 already mentioned would be great as well as securing Jota permanently.

Think it was 12, but two of those were the young Sheffield Wednesday players who look miles off it, so that makes it 10. 17 quality signings sounds about right, so 4 this window and 3 on top of making Jota and CCV permanent and we have a top squad.

Next year will be peak Ange, the year after, everyone will want to pick off our superstars and we’ll need to continue building again.

I want his goal scoring music to be the NWO Wolfpac theme.

I think there's far less risk in signing Wolf than there was Musonda. He's played more than 160 games of domestic football, despite only being 22 and won Leagues and Cups in Austria.

Musonda had less than 1/5th of those games under his belt and his only football of note was a brief spell at Betis.

Was a * outstanding player for Salzburg. This would be an unreal signing.

This would be an absolute statement of intent if true. Not getting my hopes up.

I'm tempted to day this is a complete non starter.

Ze Germans would be looking to a sizeable fee for both a loan and if we could make it permanent. They would be looking for a sizable return in their initial investment for the kid.

Plus, if I'm being honest... He left Salzburg for bigger and brighter things, and might see Celtic, rather the SPL, as a step backwards.

But, then again... Look at Jota.

Would take him in a heartbeat, but can't see it.

All true, but if he's stalled a little it might be just what he needs to come to someone like us. Let's be honest, we ARE a perfect stepping stone to the highest levels for these kinds of talents. He could easily see the Tierney's, Van Dijk's and Moussa type investment of a few years as a sound investment for career progression, with mutual benefit for all. 18 months with us could see him all over English media and through CL matches.

Also very dubious of this though, could see him going directly to EPL or Championship instead though

Can’t see him heading to the championship unless it was Fulham or Bournemouth, think he’d come here first for European football. EPL definitely.

That said, think a few young upcoming players who have stalled for whatever reason could think we are a viable option on the back of Jota’s success. One thing is for sure, some young kids don’t take the best fit for them and don’t continue the learning trajectory. For whatever reason they find themselves out of the managers plans.

Think we are a slim outside chance.

Hatate, Maeda, Wolf and another cheap Asian player and we have a good team. If Wolf is a loan with a buy option in summer, then we convert Jota and we’ve spent about £9m for the window. Then if we win the league and qualify for the Champions League, convert CCV and Wolf in the summer plus a LB and a backup for Hart, then we have a good squad.

Looks like he can use both feet unlike Turnbull.
