Feel bad for him.the amount of runs that go unnoticed. Unlucky not to score in the end, great save.

Did he kick out at Bates?

This is starting to concern me. Either nobody willing to take that risk of pass (exception of Ralston) or there is a serious lack of vision in from midfield. It also constantly forces the play onto Jota, and as amazing as he is we don't want to be completely reliant on him to both create and score.

That being said, Kyogo is a workhorse.

Needs a proper song. Always thought the Papa Francesco one would work well for him. Ky-o-go Fu-ru-ha-shiiiii

He’s of about equal significance as the pope anyway.

I was pished at the semi final last week, tried to get one going for Kyogo.

To the tune of Japanese Boy - Aneka

I woke up one morning and Kyogo scored, he's my Japanese boy

Kyogo Furuhashi scores another goal, he's my Japanese boy, oh we love our Japanese boy

Ange Postecoglou needs another star, sign a Japanese boy, oh please sign a Japanese boy.

    Then repeat.

Needs a bit of work but belter of an actual song to work with. Pure nostalgia from playing GTA vice City.

Writing songs is far from my thing, but it seems to me that "Ky-eeee-ogo! Ooh! AHH!" to the tune of DJ Ötzi's 'Hey Baby!' seems a natural fit... Anyone else wants to pick that up, feel free to work away with it...

It's 100% gamesmanship in my opinion. He's not daft, he's trying to be annoying and a bit of a pain in the *. When their player was injured receiving treatment he just hung about right in their personal space. He knows what he's doing.

Same! I think when we get Rogic back it will help especially once him and Forrest are linking up. Also if we get some midfield reinforcements in you could potentially see McGregor further forward and he'll pick him out.

I read a couple of people having a dig at him and I was honestly baffled. Even when he doesn't touch the ball he has a hand in every attacking move. He opens space for others and was unlucky not to get at least a few assists today.

Was thinking this at the match. He was doing a shitload of running in the channels today and not a lot to show for it. McGregor did try several times too but did feel Kyogo was so isolated a most of the games. Ralstons passes to him being the exception.

Was Soro not decent at through balls or am I just imagining it.

Yep. This is why he needed to come off early in Germany. We need him to win this league and he needs to play almost every minute.

So many of his runs go unnoticed every game. I count about 3 each time. Must be so frustrating for him

We need to find ways to get him more involved in games like today. Don’t understand why we are so reluctant to play the ball over the top occasionally - it gives the opposition something else to think about instead of passing infront of them all the time.

It’s great to see him putting in a shift defensively but from an attacking perspective he hardly got a touch today.
