Angeball = 2 steps forward, 1 step back until he gets the team humming.

It is an enjoyable but frustrating ride at times.

I'll take "enjoyable but frustrating" every day of the week, especially when compared to the slam-yer-*-in-the-door level of frustration we had to endure last season.

Just spat coffee all over my keyboard.

    Now I'm so frustrated I'll... I'll...

    No I won't.

Ange said they're the size of Jockeys. Sun photoshop them as Jockeys. It's hardly a scathing attack on the club

ANGE POSTECOGLOU has labelled Celtic’s in-form strike stars Kyogo Furuhashi, Liel Abada and Jota as JOCKEYS.

And the Hoops manager has tipped them to lead from the front in this season’s two-horse Premiership title race.

All three diminutive attackers scored in Thursday’s thrilling 3-2 Europa League victory over Ferencvaros in Budapest.

Postecoglou heaped praise on their team-mates for giving them a platform to perform and said: “Since Jota, Liel and Kyogo have come here, their stock has risen.

"I think that is because of the platform we give them to let the boys play.

“It’s very easy just to focus on the front three. The type of football we play from the back, we play it, so we are not going long to them.

They are all the size of jockeys, for *’s sake, so we play our balls through midfield and have to give them that platform.

“They appreciate that and they have to invest in that by working hard defensively, which I think that they do. They get their rewards.”

Celtics win in Budapest means they are guaranteed at least a place in the Conference League next February.

They will need to get something against Bayer Leverkusen in Germany on November 25 to have any chance of pipping Real Betis to the Europa League’s knockout phase.

Postecoglou added: “Why not? We did in Betis.

"They are a good side and won 4-0 the other night, so it’s going to be an enormous task. We’ll go at them as we always have.

“I want to get out of this group first. The win has given us a chance to progress and we are not going to discount that.

Celts face Dundee at Dens Park tomorrow with a doubt over Stephen Welsh and both Tom Rogic and Carl Starfelt on the injury list.

The Hoops need to win in order to keep up the pace with Rangers at the top of the Premiership table.

Steven Gerrard's side hold a four-point lead over their Old Firm rivals going into the weekend's games.

There are frailties for sure and a way to go. But he's taken us from an absolute shambles to the makings of a really good outfit.

Would Eddie Howe have done this? Doubt it

I don't even think EH will do it with the projected millions the Newcastle fans think he's gonna get. In fact if people were complaining about Ange being our plan B, imagine what the Newcastle fans think of plan C Howe being put in charge of the biggest pot of gold in their footballing history.
