If he's watched the same 90 mins as all of us and he's not sure what else we could do then we may as well call it quits. It's not like we peppered their goal and the keeper made save after save. Granted Livi would get football stopped with how they play but that's how most will play coming to parkhead

I was disappointed in his team selection and tactics today, another * up.

When you create as little as we did today at home to Livingston when we had an overwhelming majority of possession, it says that the tactics and or team weren’t right. If we had peppered their goal and the keeper was man of the match then you could argue that the tactics were correct, but that wasn’t the case. The best chance was of course from the penalty and the next best chance was right after it when we were playing against 10 men.

Worrying comments - “I don’t know what more we could have done”, very Neil Lennon like.

Worrying team selection - No Kyogo and Juranovic at left back

Worrying tactics - inverted full backs twice in a row against a narrow confined team.

All that good work undone against a team of absolute jobbers, nowhere near good enough.

Apart from ripping shots from 30+ yards we had to break them down by pressure. Granted it didn't work, to their defence they were very well organised, they didn't concede free kicks near the D, that * up plan B, They defended so deep our wingers couldn't get enough space to utilise their pace or skill, unless they skinned 3/4 players. Their defenders are cross merchants what gobbled up every ball into the box.

Our midfielders didn't have enough in their locker to carve them open, we went smart enough or creative enough. That's not Anges fault that's the players on the pitch, Ange changed our shape, our formation that's all he can do it the players don't take responsibility that's on them not the manager.

Just when it looked like we were building some momentum and putting a winning run together, yet again we drop points at home.

This was a chance to go top and put some real pressure on the huns, really disappointing.

It is his fault. The fact we hit 80 crosses across both games surely points to him making them do that. That's his * tactics, not the players. The fact we refused to shoot today is his tactics, not the players.

You have just said it yourself regarding their defenders being good at defending crossed balls. So why persist with the same tactic of putting in cross after cross? We played into their hands today and we were easy to play against.

The buck always stops with the manager, the onus is on him to find a way to break down the opposition, to change things and motivate the players.

The pressure on them is still huge. They’ve not played well all season.

    Agree with this.
Very, very disappointing to say least.

Hiding behind Lennon-esque excuses doesn't fill me with confidence going forward.

Would reverse the order here, but otherwise I fully agree.

That's true but they're still above us in the League, us dropping more points at home will only give them more confidence, they still have pressure but us sittin top of the League tonight would've added to that, big time.

What else were they supposed to do? Shoot from 30+ yards into 11 players? There was no space to do anything against them, it would have needed a worldie to score. We had our one chance with the penalty and blew it. You move on. Sitting playing FM * armchair analysing it is futile.

I wasnt against Kyogo being rested I expected it but with Rogic being out changing the team even more when we had momentum finally was a real bad choice.

Not looking forward to teams coming to Celtic Park now. Away is fine as it’s more open but St Mirren and Dundee found out you can’t come here and play like everyone done last year so teams are just gonna park the bus.

Shots are good, though. We should absolutely take long shots, as well as various kinds of crosses (low, or waist-height). Keep the opposition guessing.

Well, aye. Or even closer. There was plenty of chances to work their keeper, instead we passed, then passed, and then passed again.

You think instead of shooting and trying something different, we should have just continued like we did, no matter how obvious it wasn't working ?
To say 'we had our one chance ...' against Livingston is embarrassing, genuinely. It's livi fs, not Bayern Munich.

So do you think the result today is fine then? There were plenty occasions second half when we had an opportunity to shoot from just outside their box but opted to go wide to then put a cross in. We could have also tried to play through them with a bit of guile. Teams coming to Celtic Park and sitting deep isn’t a new thing.

It was also a 0-0 draw, not some 8-0 demolishing like what many on here are acting like.
