Goes without saying, he improves us so much and he makes those chances himself but he’ll have games it’s not 4/5 chances and take the one that’s there. Like he did with Alkmaar which makes me less concerned by it but there’s always room to improve as a player and that’s how he needs to for me.

Not criticising him overly or that, I just like the biggest source of goals to be one that will do the sure finish when it comes. Scores ones that I don’t expect him to as well though so balances out

A wee bit but not overly - it will balance itself out. But if he can just tighten his finishing up just that little bit more and stay injury free it's hard to see anyone in the league beating him in terms of goals this season.

It’s definitely a slight concern. With how good his movement is he’ll still bang goals in for fun, but there’s no doubt he could and probably should have scored double what he already has.

Which is crazy.

He doesn't strike me as a "prolific" goalscorer, but a guy who's exceptional movement will get him in to positions where he can score a lot of goals, if that makes any sense?

Hopefully if Giakoumakis is a player who is more of a natural finisher can come in and compliment the team and get the best out of both.

Mulgrew calling him ruthless in front of goal. That’s probably the one thing I’d say he could actually improve. If he was more ruthless he’d be breaking all sorts of records.
