Rogic and Turnbull on the park together is ridiculous,fullbacks playing in the middle is bonkers is there supposed to be a defensive midfielder busting a gut to help out the defence when the full backs get caught out? * knows what's supposed to be going on

 

He’s got a back four of Ralston, CCV, Starfelt and Montgomery so it’s hard to give him too much grief tbh.

We created enough chances to be right in that game until the end tbh.

Needs to go on a winning run domestically now however or he won’t be here too long.

 

Players who make mistake after mistake need replaced,the defence just takes turns in giving away goals. It was the same last season.

 

He just poor manager and wrong fit for our club. A good manager adaptes his tactic to suit players he has.
6 points behinds huns and 6 points behind in Europe and not even October.
A league 1 manager in England would do better job than he doing.

 

If these players are not good enough to perform the tasks that his tactics and philosophy asks, then he needs to do one (or more) of a few things.
1. Sign better players - but we know from 18 years of experience, the manager doesn't get that option.
2. Coach the players to be better - but we know that he has not been afforded the option of bringing in better coaches, instead he is lumped with the same failures of the last 2 seasons.
3. Change his tactics to suit what he has at his disposal.


His best option right now is to take option 3.
His failure to do that is what is going to cost him this job very quickly at this rate.

Sheep beat us at the weekend, we actually drop down to 7th place, more than a fifth of the way through the campaign.

Pathetic.

 

It happens first half against a pacey side who are much better than us. Still happening in injury time whilst they ghost in and score their fourth..

This inverted full back pish serves no purpose at all except leave huge gaping * holes in our already weak defence!

honestly its like just having a formation of 2cbs, van dijk and beckenbauer would struggle under ange ffs!

Then his sheer stubborness and unwillingness to change his formation, add in strange substitutions and it is grating on me now.

Ive seen enough of this experiment ffs, surely theres a european manager in Scandinavia, czech republic, croatia, somewhere that can use our budget and get us playing and winning ffs.

As i said look at sheriff, a * moldovan side, slavia been good in recent years, im sure im missing tons but the point stands.

The criticism may well be warranted but you are letting the real culprits off the hook.

Said from day one the poor * is a scapegoat.

They are absolutely dying to give John Kennedy the job and Ange is one step closer to that goal.

 

I believe he is a good manager just not the right man a this moment in time for our Club.

 

I agree that I think a lot will turn against him. Which is exactly what I thought would happen this season, and it then takes the heat away from the real culprits in all of this, the cretins on our board.

 

Fail to win on Sunday and his times up we've not improved from last season, can't score can't defend.

 

I didn’t see this post before mines there, but pretty much exactly how I feel about the situation.

 

It’s not hard. He signed Starfelt & CCV and the left back he signed has not been given a chance.

 

If he continues with this system then he better get a quality of player able to play it . We can all see that right now he hasnt got the talent of player in the squad to make this work so has he got a plan B until maybe the next transfer window ? Much as his style is exciting the fun stops when we continually get punished for wide open defending , hopefully getting jullien and juranovic back will help and i would even give boli a run thats how bad we look defending atm !!

 

His tactics were an embarrassment tonight.

 

That's what a genius manager would do....adapt and change to suit what he has, then still get results.

 

He’s already lost the support his system doesn’t work and fans don’t believe in it only turning up because they are true to the club
