Would not play Jota in this game. The pitch is crap and can cause injuries and some thug of a fullback will want to take a scalp - Jota. He needs to avoid injury. I do not have much faith in SPL referees. Same goes for Rogic, with Callum out you can not risk the only other creative player. Turnbull needs to step up for this one. From what I have read this pitch is dangerous. Not sure if Forrest is fit to play. We need more capable players in midfield in this squad.

Jota is a young modern footballer, I’m hoping he spent a lot of his youth on these * plastic pitches and can handle it fine.

 

We never play well here, need any kind of win.

 

Unlikely. The weather in Portugal allows for natural grass pitches everywhere, and they don't experience freak weather that could make maintenance very expensive.

The jakey that is Martindale hoping to use their * pitch to their advantage. hope every team in the league beats them, shouldn't be allowed in a top flight with that excuse of a pitch.

 

I hate playing these games on these * plastic pitches. Even when we win the games as a spectacle are usually *. Best we can hope for tomorrow is we pick up the 3 points and nobody gets hurt for us.
