If there has been a parting due to mismanagement and interference we will never get the full story. One thing our board is totally competent with is keeping ex employees silent.

Aye, because no other club in world football has any ex-players working for them apart from us..

What qualifies Gordon or Gavin Strachan for the roles they have at the club ? Same goes for Mcmanus and O'Dea. There is a world of difference from having proven or promising prospects as coaches and just appointing ex players because they have aspirations to coach

Not one person has said that.

When that seems to be the main credential for being employed then it’s a problem.

    Have a day off ffs.

If the best available candidate is an ex player then happy days.

It’s obvious with the way we conduct our business that we employ anycunt with a connection to the club without going through a stringent interview process with several candidates.

Our owner still has a stiffy for Roy Keane, and Peter Lawwell appointed an unprofessional egomaniac in Lennon whilst binning everycunt else’s CV. * stuff.

2 months in the job then walks. Just seen this tbh, what's the story? Personal issues or more to it?

Being honest Dom won’t need to say anything, if he is in another job relatively quickly we will know the only personal issue was with who he had to work with.

Sorry if it’s been posted but what exactly are these personal reasons..? If true somebody with contacts would have bubbled it by now surely?

Right, so if that's what you think is wrong then clearly the MAIN problem isn't nepotism, it's the * making the decisions at the top and bringing in x, y and z...

Again, so IF you think people being hired is a problem, then the main problem is those in charge making the decisions.

Again, three boldened parts that highlights the REAL and ONLY problem at this club...

In fairness I never said it was I was just picking up on you saying about being the only club hiring ex players but even at that couldn't they both be sort of interlinked with each other ? We've dined out on countless loans from City over the years due to Lawwells connection to the City group add on top of that the jobs for the bhoys hiring we do. I understand it's not the dictionary definition of nepotism but it's not a million miles off it

Left in disgrace because we haven't scored a single try yet this season.

    Holy * *..

Just seen this. I genuinely shocked.

Whatever the reasons, I assume it is genuinely personal and that everything is OK.

All the talk appears to suggest that he was told he could modernise the club and make big changes behind the scenes, but the club have either changed their mind or had no intention of doing that in the first place and sold him a lie.

We deserve everything coming to us.

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
Though the wording is specifically vague from the club, this could be for a multitude of reasons.

Was a strange appointment at the time, but let’s maybe ease up on what could be a bona fide horrible situation for him and his family.

No one knows on here - either way, I wish the lad all the best.
