I was 2 seasons ago. Hadn't had a ST since then bought a new season ticket this season with the same bank details, so unless it's automatically added on from before I never applied this season specifically. Same client ref as before, different seat

Unless you continued being on the HCTS you won't be on it. One break or missed payment you would be automatically removed. Could try joining again but not sure if a deadline has been passed to join for this season. Would need to ask at TO.

If your seat isn't being moved due to uefa then I'm sure you'll just use your season ticket

It won’t be that then. Once you’re not being moved, that’s the only reason I can think of for not having a notification when you log in

As Cena said but Thursdays game isn't on the ST so you need to pay the £19 to have it activated. Deadline to purchase your own seat is Monday. Same procedure for Hearts cup game. After that unless ST excludes the Huns games card will automatically be activated for the remaining home league games only.

I have the email to buy my heart's ticket but nothing in the notifications.

I should have been able to buy a ticket 10 hours ago, I hope this isn't the normal going forward. Looks like alot on twitter struggling also.

I got 2 new season tickets last season and renewed both this season. One is a junior ticket for my son aged 14 this year. Because of covid, I’ve not been over yet, but plan to attend the hearts game next week with my 7 year old. Both tickets are in the south stand, one in ws1 and the other in ws2. I’ve a relocation form to see if I can get the tickets situated together permanently in the same stand somewhere.

For next Sunday, I’d need to sit with my 7 year old. Is it likely to be ok for him to sit on my knee? I’m going to ring ticket office tomorrow to see if they can relocate on a one off basis but interested in your experiences here.

Its back to full capacity and we won't sell out just have him with you and move to two empty seats about 10 mins in if they won't do the relocate that is

I was confused about this too, I bought my own seat and then it came up with my address saying the tickets would be posted, assumed this was just some sort of default message and the ST would be activated though.

It's very difficult to get any relocations done and officially the deadline to relocate for this season has passed. TO might agree to do a late relocation or even agree on a one off basis. But even though it might not sell out very few empty seats to be had in the main stand. Plus if the two ST's are different entry gates you can't really expect a child to enter on his own.

As for a child sitting on an adults knee it happens all the time even though officially not allowed. Assuming both get in all depends on wether you get a * power hungry steward who tries to insist on two people two seats.

It looks like there has been a few issues with the HCTS ahead of Sunday

Worth checking your bank to see if it’s come out

Why did they remove that history bit on the eticketing website, you could use that to see tickets you bought and stuff before.
