I think it's best for all if he's no intention of signing a new deal then he goes to whoever pays the fee we need.

He has potential but it's true he's not a big game player the pressure gets to him.

I actually like the new idea of getting rid of guys that don't want to be here. Celtic need players that are 100% in!

Don't know if I'd be letting him go for as little as £1 million, would rather keep him at that price.

Pays for half of McCann when the alternative is he signs a pre contract and is either shoved in the stand or somehow plays but downs tools for 3 month.

We need 6 in, we may have agreed a deal for the forward and possibly the Benfica lad but we need to replace Christie and Eddy. Looks like the Thumb is away as well.

    so as it stands
    Greek forward 99% done
Left winger from Benfica 85% done
    Need another centre half
Need a * first team left back
    Need another centre mid
    And need another forward.

I honestly think we will end on us signing the first two and the same old excuses will be rolled out once again, our squad is so thread bare one or two injuries to key players will completely derail our season.

Not that I care but Bournemouth will suit him better. He can hook up with Armstrong and sip Pina Colada Mocktails by the beach.

On his day a really good player, when he's been played as an 8 his goal scoring and assist ratio are very good and its unlikely we will replace that, if we have anything about us recruitment wise which i don't think we do we will already have an idea on his replacement and will be working towards that right now, instead i expect we will bank the small fee and save the wages.

Aye if we can get McCann in I'd be delighted, hopefully we see some movement soon.

Aye. Have nothing to base this on outside of just my own hunch, but got a feeling his dad has been sewing the seeds of doubt in Christie's head for a long time about a move to England. Especially when you consider his comments in the past about how he could compete in the EPL.

Asylum seekers will spend more time worrying about getting skelped by a Ryan Christie free kick than getting nabbed by the coast guard.

Will be glad to see the back of him and Édouard. Both have been stinking the place out for a while now.

Now for Boli and Griff to follow suit.

He’s really friendly with Armstrong that’s where the initial seed was sewn. He’s a Celtic supporter but money talks. Armstrong loves it down south and one of the comments was around the goldfish bowl that is scotland. He can go out with his wife on a Saturday night irrespective of the result and not get any hassle plus he’s getting paid a * load. Add that to testing yourself against better players and you can see why, I suppose.
    He was never staying.

If this windows shuts, we've sold Christie and Edouard and have £15M plus in our back pocket and we don't sign anyone in addition to Jota and Giakoumakis - it will be an absolute disgrace.
