He's lost 4 out of 5 away games. I get it's early but he needs to sort it out and quickly.

In defence of Ange, at least he recognised Edouard and Turnbull were the issue and subbed them. Last season they'd have played 90 minutes without a doubt.

Surely for Anges system to work we need two decent wingers that can beat people and either get a good ball in or a shot off.

This is the flaw today we didn't do anything creative in the wings. We need to get guys in before Tuesday imo.

No point waiting until we go a goal down though. That was exactly what Lennon used to do. It was as clear as day after 10 minutes of the second half we needed to change things.

Agree they could have and should have come off sooner. My theory with Edouard is that the board insist he plays until he's sold. I can't account otherwise for how he still gets started despite offering nothing.

The manager needs to tell the board to get bent, if they are making such demands. However, I think this call was his, after decent hold-up play in Edouard's bench appearances. Bad call, because a) we had no real striker option on the bench and b) Edouard reverted to utter * mode.

Tactics away from home against tougher opposition needs to be looked at. I hope Ange can see this. I also hope he has plans to bring in coaches that he wants and knows to assist him. Made big strides, can still go much further but needs the support to do so.

No chance that's happening.. Ange trusted Edouard to give him a performance, ultimately Ange made a mistake...

Why? So you can tell them how wrong they were about our manager 2 months into his tenure?

You might be right, it's just a theory I've had since last season. It's genuinely difficult to fathom why he barely ever gets dropped for a single game despite clearly not wanting to be there week after week. He did play well last week though so maybe that's it.

Probably, but they were all over us early second half, and the change - Rogic on for Eddy - would have meant we were fielding essentially the same lineup that was getting overrun by AZ on Thursday night. It looked ok after their goal, but at that point it's a different game because Rangers are sitting back. Not so sure it would have worked at a time when they were clearly in the ascendancy.

At any rate, as frustrating as the match was and although we weren't great, we had clear-cut chances to draw or win that match, moreso than them I think. Edouard's chance was easier to score than it was to miss.

    Problem wae that ?

Only thing I can be critical of the manager so far was playing Eduoard through the middle today and the manager needs at least another transfer window before we can be judgemental on his team .

We had the chances mate we both seen it. The fact that they weren't on target was the fault of the players themselves. It could be argued that we made better chances than the opposition. As I said, could've won on another day. However we weren't miles off it in the same way that I felt we were last year.

I'm not sure who you think said to stop moaning last year, but I assure you that it wasn't me. Completely different situations now though.

Only with hindsight can we be critical though. Edouard changed the game on Thursday and he’s improved a lot, none of us were complaining before the game.

Against St. Mirren, the system created loads of chances. Afainst Rangers, we created little. One chance, even if a sitter, isn't enough for every team to take advantage. Poor player role/position selection caused this lack of chances.
