I thought it was already known that Ange is on a strict diet of MacTassos.

 

Was up there yesterday for a gyro and also found out me and Ange were born August 27th

From what I am reading generally regarding Starfelt, many feel he has yet to settle into his defensive role in the team.
Which begs the question - what system was he playing under in his previous club ? Obviously he was good enough to be in that first 11, so why does there seem to be an issue at present ? Is the pace of Celtic's game something he needs to get used to ? Are players not talking to each regularly on the pitch during the game ? Ange said he had chosen him to come to the club. We were expecting a player at the top of his game with experience to boot, but he seems nervous and ill at ease while playing at present.

Is it simply anxiety to do well or is he having issues settling into a new lifestyle and environment as well ? It does take time to do all this living in a new country, and being expected to hit the ground running and ready to play immediately.

He was visibly shaken with his own- goal against AZ in the first half, but was much more composed in the second half.

Am sure with 2-3 games more under his belt he will be fine.

Early days and that aside.. but thank you Eddie Howe, this club needed someone that would relish the not so easy task of turning this great club around. Big Ange knows what this club is all about, you can hear every word that comes from his mouth is worthy of a Celtic manager, he just oozes class. I know there are still hard times ahead and no more so than tomorrow, I’m positive of a win but even if the game goes the other way I will still believe in his methods and I’m so looking forward to the direction the clubs going in, if someone would have said we’d be in this position with a relatively unknown manager (let’s be honest) in Europa groups playing some of the best attacking football we’ve seen in so many years, getting the best out of some players deemed not good enough I’d have thought you needed therapy.. hail hail Tims

Further more I believe Ange will lead Celtic to a 2-0 victory at Ibrox. Can't wait for the game to start.

 

Wish Griffiths had had a good start to the season given that Ange had given him a clean slate.

Just saw those 2 magnificent free kicks against England in 2017 with Hart in goal. High degree of skill there to do that and from distance against a big keeper like Hart. Am sure he has scored some great goals for Celtic also in the past.

If he’s not in ‘Celtic chat’ & doesn’t belong there then try finding him in the general search bar.
You can start a thread in CC if the person should be in there & there isn’t already a thread. Remember players / managers etc. get removed from CC when they leave Celtic.
