The jumper should be available to buy on the club shop

He did that to the Dutch national team at the World Cup 2014. And against England at Wembley too.

In fact Australian football has a strong Dutch influence in terms of the football-all the way from the grassroots level where Dutch coaches wrote the development blue-print, to 3 Dutch coaches at the 3 different World Cup.

Ange knows what Dutch football is about.

The best thing about this guy is that even if he was the worst coach/manager in the world, I’d still like him just because of the way he conducts himself.

Better still, it looks like he’s an excellent coach and the players are busting their baws for him. Love the big fella.

I get the feeling that he would shout at a player for launching into row z but applaud a player if he tried to play through the lines and we lost a goal.

To be fair mate, we all do. But usually that isn't any help in playing that way.

My guess is that Ange has managed to do this by trusting the players and making sure they trust themselves.

Every time I think of Ange as Celtic manager I imagine him as the football version of Al Pacino "Any Given Sunday".

Feels like we have our club back again. It's already been said but the impact he's made in such a short space of time is beyond our wildest dreams.

Reminiscent of Rodgers' first season here for me, the players look capable of absolutely blowing teams out the water but also prepared to roll their sleeves up and put in the hard graft if required.

Seriously night and day compared to the * we were served last season.

Now that is what I call an honest AND GENUINE assessment and should be echoed by more men on this forum. Also consider that Ange had to bear reading all those comments even before he had arrived in Glasgow. Not even a complaint. INTEGRITY 100%.

I guess the reason why the impact has been more immediate is because 75 minutes of good football has been enough to get the result. In previous stints it takes about a year before the best 5 minutes of football is the last 5 minutes

I would not be surprised to hear in the near future, at Celtic Park, as one, the fans singing a few lines from the Rolling Stones 'Angie' with appropriate abridged words to the song. How rousing would that be to acknowledge the manager !

Sean, you definately have Irish DNA - you have such a way with words. Can't help but laugh with that one.

Everyone speaks English, most of the squad are good ball players and they are full time professionals. He has never really been in such a situation before with his teams, so he has elevated his game also as a coach and manager. It will get better I am sure.

Not the same words obviously. The original sound like a dirge.

The tune is pretty dirgeful too, I'd suggest. Are you suggesting we don't keep that part too? If so, which bit we keeping?

yeah I think though we are still seeing a sharp decline in football quality at the back end of matches, but the opposition hasn't had the quality to take advantage of that. So I guess on the plus side they will go to a new level by the time they get a shot at the champions league

Postecoglou is aware we’re tailing off from our style of play towards the end of matches, so it’s testament to his game management that he makes changes in personnel and tactics to deal with it. The players have done a fine job of it too, so far. In years gone by we could’ve easily conceded a late sloppy goal tonight, although we admittedly had a bit of luck not conceding tonight.

yeah maybe he's gotten wiser for how to manage this period of implementing his style, or maybe the different situation is helping, I'm still tempering my expectations in case there is a short term dip in results

There inevitably will be unless we go on to have a very special season. Based on what we’ve seen so far though, we’ll certainly put up a good fight and play some good football along the way. The critical thing for the club now is to buy the remaining players the squad needs.
