By the way, as I had clarified afterwards, I didn't know Forrest was coming off the back of a big injury or that he is a one-man team player (so far).

What the * do you know about Forrest?

Seriously, rein in the all seeing all knowing *. Watched the guy for a few weeks and think you have him figured out. Embarrassing.

 

It tells you that I'm basing my opinion solely on what I have seen so far this season. Anybody without knowing a club can comment on a player's performance for a particular match, even if they are not familiar with the team or club, don't be a daft *.

I love forrest, hes been down there as my fav player for years. But when it comes down to it Our front 3 should be;

NewLW? Kyogo Abada

Forrest cant play in the left we've seen that!

Forrest is still quality though, still finding his feet after that injury last season.

 

I'd argue there is very much still a place for him and he should be the starting RW. Abada should be looking to fight it off Forrest, or utilise himself to the LW role, which I think Abada would be more able to do than Forrest can.

As for Kyogo, first name on the team sheet after McGregor for me.
He's also showing he can play LW or through the middle, so it is handy knowing a few players can do such a thing.

 

Aye, agree that Kyogo & possible Abada are more versatile across that front line, but if it both Abada & Forrest can only play RW then Abada starts ahead of him, better start so far and has quality chemistry with Kyogo already

Couldn't overly disagree, although in Forrst defence to a less impressive start (compared to Abada) he has been wrongly played on the left and just back from long term injury.

Place for them all though, for sure!
Before we even get on to Mikey and Dembele who I am sure we do all have high hopes for if both can get injury free and a run of games.

 

Why does Abada automatically start RW before Forrest? Abada has started his Celtic career well but Forrest has started the season well too, after a lengthy spell out. Forrest has seen it and done it for Celtic, Abada is not Kyogo in that’s its painfully obvious he is better than those in his position.

Not against it per se but I think I would rather have Abada and Forrest rotating on the right rather than saying Abada is immediately a better option.

If were talking strictly about the RW position then I like the link up play with Abada & Kyogo, they play class together. Forrest hasnt been that bad at all and if he started ahead of Abada I would be that bothered. Im just really excited by what I see from Abada, Freshness!
